Buy it!
I was on the fence to buy this for over a year. Some of the comments kind of scared me. It I went ahead and got it along with the neck and chest pad. This mask is so good, it’s everything you read it is. I’m 58 and has tightened my skin within two weeks! The neck and chest I wish was laser as well, doesn’t work as good but is super convenient. Buy it you won’t be disappointed.

I had an issue with this product. I emailed the company & they immediately got back to me & sent me a new one ! They also offered me a partnership because I truly believe in this product! Run, don't walk to buy this amazing red light laser therapy mask & chest!!

Item came in opened and used.
I was very disappointed to find that the package I received had clearly already been opened and used. There were visible signs of wear on the product. I ordered expecting a brand-new item, so this was definitely not acceptable.😡😡😡

Easy to use.
Easy to put on during TV watching. Easy to charge easy to store. Not sure if it’s working or not but I’m going to stay the course.

Much to be desired
Can’t say about the effectiveness but it was so uncomfortable to wear. The plastic material they used to cover the led lights gets really sticky around my neck , every time I am done using it I have to literally peel it off and it hurts my skin. So I did end up returning it cause I was dreading to use and well that defeats the purpose. Well built and looks nice tho
