These are great! I purchased to try and reduce the cravings for a new job that doesn't allow smoking of any kind for 12h shifts. I have to say I'm an avid smoker, a pack a day at least, and if I were ready to quit completely, this would be my go to. As it is, I don't have the fits during a shift, they stay on pretty well, and the only downside I have is a very slight burning sensation after having it on for awhile. My skin is fine after removing it, a slight redness that goes away, and I can attest to the adhesive staying because I still have the adhesive circles from about three+ days ago! I put them on after a shower, dry CLEAN skin, and I press and hold for about 30+ seconds to get a good seal (I also think the warmth of your hand helps to warm the adhesive so it sticks better). I tend to use the deltoid muscle more because of less stretching or creasing skin. It is very effective for me and I don't find myself needing a smoke the entire time I have it on. The size is... a bit bigger than the name brand clear patches, I think maybe 1.5" across. They seem durable with a similar thickness to a bandaid, but the flesh color helps to keep it discreet. It's simple to use, but if your not able to wash I'd suggest using alcohol to prep the skin before applying and making sure the alcohol is completely dry before applying it.The one thing to note is these are a 24hour patch and according to the package it says to use two your first week if you're a heavy smoker. Honestly, I was a pack a day, and just one does fine, but it's personal choice on how you start your quitting journey.

These actually do work for those of us that smoke around a pack per day. The adhesive sticks really well, and I have not had one come off yet, even in the shower. I highly recommend and will be buying the next step from these guys when it comes time.

I couldn’t tell if they helped with nicotine cravings. They don’t cause allergic reaction like commercial nicotine patches. No bright red, itchy whelps

Great value for the money. I use these for off label condition so can not go into detail but you can cut these if necessary and cheap enough that you can sweat them off and afford to replace them

I tried for a year to stop smoking. I tried 2 medications and with the second one I ordered these patches. It still took me a couple months. ( my mom passed away while I was doing this) Nicoderm did nothing for my cravings. I still have cravings but I keep myself busier these days.
