beautiful design and substantial machine. works really well and quiet. i love how slow and gentle it is. really great price for product this quality, this size fits my 16lb chunky boy.didn't end up keeping though because my senior cats (10+yo) are too skittish :( would recommend to brave kitties and or trainable kittens!not to mention the excellent customer services on their app, very helpful with suggestions and returns.

I’ll start with the fact that it isn’t the easiest to fill or empty, but since we have it tucked into a corner, that also doesn’t impact us much at all. The big reasons we got it was because one cat already used the litter regularly enough to need cleaning twice a week, and boy was he stinky when he did. Now with a kitten as well, we only have to clean about weekly and it’s helped with the smell so much. Note, we didn’t change litter. We already were using a compatible type. It’s also very quiet, so the cats got used to it quickly. The kitten especially took to it right away and has been perfectly safe in it, which is great since he gets really fascinated by it when it runs. Huge quality of life improvement and definitely worth the price!

This self-cleaning litter box has seriously simplified cat care in our home. The 60L capacity is perfect for multiple cats, and I only need to empty it occasionally. It operates quietly and smoothly, and the anti-pinch design adds an extra layer of safety that I really appreciate. The built-in deodorizer keeps the area smelling fresh, and the included liners make clean-up even easier. My cats took to it quickly, and I love not having to scoop daily. It’s reliable, efficient, and makes life a lot less messy.

Trial & error, be patient. I made adjustments based on customer service recommendations, ie the kind and level of litter, etc. Customer service was exceptional, very responsive, polite, and saved me from returning the unit. My 2 cats use it, uses less litter, much better odor control, and no litter on the floor (than a litter pan) especially when I’m away. Cats prefer a clean space and this cleans after each use. The app is good for peace of mind when I’m away. The robot is so quiet and controls odor, I rely on the app for my cat’s usage. The unit is bigger than I expected, takes a large space for access to the bin in the back, the outlet in the side, and the front access. The cord is too short but works ok with an extension cord. Feces does sometimes get smeared around but quickly wipes clean with white vinegar. After 2 months (and a 6 day trip away) I easily disassembled and washed the entire unit. Cats like clean so being diligent with the occasional vinegar wipe reduces the need for full wash down. I’m happy with this product and hope it lasts a long time (3 months in use so far).

I got this because I was having neck surgery and it would be hard to clean the litter box. It arrived just a few days before the surgery and boy am I glad I got it!! I have 2 older cats & only need to change the bag weekly. It wipes up easily & does the job. Don't know why j waited so long to get one. Is a true time saver. Cats adjusted to it immediately. It is was easy to set up & runs quietly.

I absolutely love this automatic self-cleaning litter box, which is suitable for medium and small cats. After getting used to the app, it's incredibly convenient to use. It requires a 2.4G WiFi connection; it does not support connections with 5G WiFi signals alone. The litter box has features for identifying and weighing cats, as well as sterilization, but it's not recommended for larger cats as they might have difficulty using it due to their size. The weighing function needs to be placed on a hard floor; if there's a soft carpet or uneven ground, the weighing feature might not work. Additionally, the sterilization lamp is located inside near the trash can and can only be activated via the app after the trash can is installed, which is probably to protect the cats as it's not visible at other times. The litter box operates very quietly, but my cat was initially a bit scared of the automatic rotation and hesitated to go in. I placed the old litter box next to the new one and filled the new one with litter, then turned it off and let it sit for a while. Gradually, out of curiosity, my cat became familiar with the new litter box and started using it. Overall, it's a fantastic product that solves the problem of cleaning the litter box when I'm away for short trips. The box also comes with 2 deodorizer and a roll of 20 count trash bags, which I change about once a week, making it very convenient. I highly recommend this automatic self-cleaning litter box; it has been a huge help in my life and my cat's. Thanks to the excellent product manager.

It works great, super easy to clean and set up! I can track my cats bathroom habits through the app and its super convenient!The sensor works great, whenever its clearing the litter, my cat will try to investigate inside and it automatically stops and resumes once your cat has been gone for a while.You can press the button on the litter or use the app to clean out all the litter. It has its own bag, so your going to half buy it from their site, but its fairly cheap for the amount you get.High recommend, especially if your someone whose busy :)
