Fantastic
This is a lovely book which is presented beautifully and contains some very wise advice. It is something to read often and to consider deeply.

I liked it
This book was a little surprising as it is very short. If you already know, Dokkodo, means 'the way of walking alone' and is written by Miyamoto Musashi, also known as Miyamoto Bennosuke, in the 17th century. He was an undefeated champion swordsman, artist and writer. Near his death at the age of 61, he began to ponder the meaning of life and wrote these 21 precepts, in the same way that Marcus Aurelius wrote his thoughts and musings. This book is beautifully illustrated and each page gives enough scope for me to meditate upon each principle. In this world, we need to cultivate deep thought, now, more than ever. I'll cherish this lovely book for a long time.

misleading
No content, just the brief life of Musashi details then a few pages of the Dokkodo headlines. Feel conned not what I thought was buying
