Are the lenses compatible with this camera also compatible with the a6000?

I want this QX1 to be light and flat to easily carry around. Can I take a picture as is without having to lug and attach a huge long lens?

Hi Andy Moss, apparently this Sony QX1 is only an attachment, which means that you can connect various E-mount type lenses that you prefer. It will not work w/o any lens attachment. If you wanted a not too bulky one, you can check on Sony QX10 instead. -Ely

Can you control the zoom of any E-mount lens via smart phone app with this?

Aloha Ethan,Yes it can, not sure for all lenses, but I have two e mount 16-50mm kit lens and an 18-105mm G lens and the phone app (android for me) let's you control the zoom. So yes it can for those two lenses I'm sure. Hope that helps a little.Mike
