I bought this after seeking an upholstery cleaner that left no scent in the car and based on good reviews. Left my review Afro 2 weeks to see if seats and carpets odour returned. Good as new achieved. Cleaner was easy to apply liberally and dried easily. It did not leave traces on other areas where spray could have reached. Worth noting this was applied after two Dealer deep cleans which reducing strength of odour but failed to remove it.

This product smells great, and definitely eliminates any prior odours in the vehicle, giving it that 'new car smell'. It also cleans well, and can be used on plastic, fabric and leather. Although the bottle is fairly small/medium sized, it lasts a while as you don't need to use much at a time. I recommend 🙂

I used this in a car that smelled like a young mans bedroom, I would try another brand. Whilst it now smells different the resultant smell is not nice. It's a sharp organic smell. I'm hoping it will dissipate soon.

I spilt milk in the back seat footwell of my car and although I tried to get as much up as soon as I realised and scrub it, the next few days the smell got worse until I had to start leaving the windows open a crack because getting in would be unbearable. I tried traditional methods like white vinegar and baking powder and other over the counter cleaners but nothing was getting rid of the smell just masking it a day or two then it was back. I finally found this product and thought I’d give it a go and I can honestly say it took a few applications but it’s been months and the smell hasn’t come back. I also let my mum use it on her pet urine stains on her carpet and again it took a few times but the smell went away! I haven’t found anything on the market with such good results and now I use it on any bad smells on furniture/fabric that are hard to shift! I couldn’t recommend this product enough and will repurchase once I’ve used it all.

Ich habe dieses Produkt unter etwas härteren Bedingungen getestet als vermutlich die meisten 😄 Ich hatte übergangsweise ein Firmenfahrzeug, bis mein eigentliches Dienstfahrzeug angekommen ist. Leider wurde in dem Auto offensichtlich geraucht und was da sonst noch passiert ist – keine Ahnung – aber der Geruch war wirklich grenzwertig. Teilweise konnte ich nur mit offenen Fenstern fahren. Nach längerer Suche bin ich auf Bactador gestoßen und habe es ausprobiert. Vorweg: Das Produkt wirkt – aber erwartet keine Wunder. Der Geruch ist nicht komplett verschwunden, aber deutlich besser geworden. Ich habe das Mittel allerdings nicht einmal benutzt und fertig – ich habe am Ende eine komplette 500-ml-Flasche verbraucht und mehrere Anwendungen gemacht. Was ich gut finde: Das Produkt arbeitet nicht wie klassische Duftsprays, die einfach nur etwas drüberlegen. Laut Hersteller wird mit Mikroorganismen (Klasse 1) gearbeitet, die organische Geruchsquellen abbauen sollen. Zusätzlich sind u. a. Duftstoffe, Benzisothiazolinon und Bronopol enthalten. Kurz eingeordnet: - Mikroorganismen → sollen Geruchsursachen biologisch abbauen statt nur überdecken - Benzisothiazolinon → Konservierungsstoff gegen mikrobielles Wachstum in der Flasche - Bronopol → ebenfalls Konservierung, hält die Lösung stabil - Das Produkt ist kein klassischer aggressiver Innenraumreiniger Der Geruch vom Produkt selbst ist angenehm neutral und nicht so penetrant wie viele Autoduftreiniger. Was ich empfehlen würde: - Nicht sparsam anwenden bei starken Gerüchen - Sitze, Teppiche und Polster wirklich gut benetzen - Danach ordentlich lüften - Bei starken Raucherautos mehrere Anwendungen einplanen ✔️ Spürbare Verbesserung bei hartnäckigen Gerüchen ✔️ Überdeckt nicht nur mit Parfüm ✔️ Neutraler Eigengeruch ✔️ Materialschonend ❌ Keine Wunderwaffe gegen jahrelangen Rauchgeruch ❌ Bei starken Fällen geht ordentlich Material drauf (bei mir ganze Flasche) ❌ Preis relativiert sich etwas, wenn man mehrfach anwenden muss Fazit: Für normale Gerüche wahrscheinlich sehr gut. In meinem Extremfall mit einem ziemlich mitgenommenen Fahrzeug hat es den Innenraum nicht perfekt, aber deutlich besser gemacht. Ich würde es wieder kaufen – einfach weil ich bisher nichts gefunden habe, was besser funktioniert hat.
