I am always a bit sceptical about Amazon goods unless they're made by a brand name I trust. Purchasing a hard and very solid shell case for my new, expensive Ray-Bans meant taking a chance as my last case was an official Ray-Ban case and lasted around 15 years (as did my sunglasses). I was very pleasantly surprised for an £8.00 metal hard case and tested it with my RBs in very cautiously. They protect well and encase my RBs very well. The flocked lining isn't as plush as I'd like, but as the lenses sit on the cleaning cloth that accompanied them this will give them the shock absorption I need when they are travelling in the car and meet the ruddy potholes. Overall £8.00 well spent to protect something far more valuable

I bought this as I was struggling to get a decent case to hold my prescription Ray-Ban wayfarer sunglasses. I tend to keep them in my pocket and swap with my normal glasses when required. The hinge isn't the strongest and the material isn't the thickest but it's ok as long as I'm a bit more careful than I used to be.

Good quality

Great quality anodised aluminium case. It's a bit on the large side for reading glasses, but I pad it with a couple of cleaning cloths. Oddly, it fits in pockets more easily than Specsavers case, as anodised aluminium is shiny, and the wall thickness is thin, but plenty sturdy enough for daily activities and the odd fall.

It's ok, metal is pretty thin and feels like it'd buckle if you gripped it too hard or bumped it. it comes without a microfiber cloth. Overall you can get better quality glass cases for cheaper.
