this stand is amazing and exactly what I needed.I'm using a Mac mini and portable monitor and I needed something that would hold up a portable monitor but pack up small. this doesn't collapse under the weight and is very sturdy. i do wish it had come with a hex key, but PRO TIP: IKEA HEX (Allen) KEYS WORKS PERFECTLY

Functional and easy to use in a variety of ways. I bought it specifically for my phone and to mount a Yodoit Portable Monitor for Laptop 1920×1080 15.6" FHD Travel Monitor. It is effective for both tasks, and is easy to place on my vehicles dash, desktop, and even in the passenger seat when on the go.My only recommendation for the manufacture would be to strengthen the retention screws.

I ordered a couple different stands to see what would work best. Unfortunately I forgot to send this one back before my return window was up and I had not even used it yet. I figured since it was too late to return it I might as well try it. I just used it for the first time and the screen holder portion of this broke within 5 minutes of my first use. I was using it to hold a Microsoft Surface 11 Pro and even with everything tightened down as much possible, it still is not strong enough to hold it in place. The stand itself it's really not a great design and would fall forward with the weight of the tablet if it actually held it in place. As I said it's not strong enough to hold it in place it just slowly lets it sit onto the table. I tried to adjust the angle while it was resting on thetable and while I was attempting to adjust the angle, the plastic casing split open one of the springs popped out of the holder.I really wish I had returned this as it is useless for the purposes I would have needed it. It is poorly designed and cheaply made. I had found another style that worked perfectly and was half the price. The other one also takes up much less space than the legs on this one. The legs need to be spread out and have a decent amount of surface area but the overall weight does not counterbalance the weight of a tablet and it just tips forward.I will say that this might work for a cell phone but I would think that it still takes up way too much space just to hold a cell phone. There are way better devices that are way cheaper.Really wish I would have returned this

Works great! BUT, at first i was very worried since this item came simply wrapped in bubble wrap and a plastic bag. There wasn't any indication this product is the stand I purchased. However, I was pleasantly surprised that it was just the initial packaging that was weird.The stand is super floppy right out of the package. But the hinge points have way to remove silicone dots that reveal Allen key screws that simple need to be tightened. (Allen key provided)I'm using as a free standing holder, but this item also comes with parts to wall mount.

Love the flexibility of this stand . I’m a mini bakery these boxes and daycare owner . This is so handy for hands free cooking and baking worth every penny

Great stand for portable monitors 15 in.

Plastic bolt started cracking after only 5 uses.

These are excellent at an excellent price. One review complained about the materials being of poor quality. I think it’s exactly the other way around. The materials and assembly are high quality. I ordered a second one just because. It’ll be either be a gift or I’ll have one when this thing might break years down the road. Can’t beat this for the price. It’s kind of scary actually, that made in china can be this high quality at this low price.
