I love the product but when I got them they were all stuck together. Not just a little

Vey nice product.
I like these vitamins. Easy to sallow and digest. No side effects. Capsules are bit sticky but overall worth the price.

No return or exchange.
I liked this brand of vitamins & I've been buying them for a few years now. I take B complex vitamins for a few reasons so one reason is these because they help me with my energy. My only complaint is the last time I bought them, I received them in bad shape, they were all stuck together. They were really hard and in a ball and I could not pull them apart. If I did get any released, they'd burst open & i definitely couldn't take 'em like that; so I had to throw them away. I'm not sure of what happened, but it is so unfortunate that I could not return or exchange them. I am now looking for another kind that possibly will not stick together. I can't afford to throw products away that are not fault of my own.

Capsules all clumped up!
I was looking forward to taking this brand if VitB-complex but was a little disappointed upon opening the bottle and finding the capsules all clumped up in one ball inside. I have to shake the plastic bottle really hard to dislodge capsules, afraid to poke inside the bottle in case the capsules break open. I'll be looking for another brand or go back with the previous one I used which were bigger and harder to swallow. Thus only a 4-star review.

ONLY 1 Downside
Since they are gel caps. They do get stuck together and it's to get them separated and not snag open a capsule. I tried putting in freezer for a bit and shaking bottle, didn't work. I usually hv to put my finger inside the bottle and gently get them apart. Great product other than that 😆 Great price, No taste
