Hands down the BEST Espresso maker! Plus you can brew every type of coffee you’ve ever wanted. I’ve paid 6-10 times as much for other coffee makers that can’t hold a candle to the Kotlie. My previous one exploded the coffee pod over my new kitchen and myself. That prompted me to do a search for higher quality at a lower price. LOVE IT!

Disappointed with the quality. The machine stopped working after less than 6 months despite careful handling. The buttons now just flash and are unresponsive, and it won't shut down without unplugging it. Expected much better longevity for the price. Cannot recommend.

I’m so grateful for the incredible customer service I received! I thought my coffee maker was broken, but it turns out the system had simply entered cleaning mode, which I didn’t realize could affect how it functions. I was confused and a bit frustrated, but thanks to Maricel’s help, everything is working perfectly now. She patiently guided me through the steps to reset the machine and exit the cleaning cycle. Her kindness, clear instructions, and professionalism made all the difference. I’m back to enjoying my coffee, and I couldn’t be happier! Not only is the product excellent—easy to use, reliable, and great quality—but the customer support is just as impressive. It’s so reassuring to know that when help is needed, it’s there with such care and efficiency. Highly recommend both the coffee maker and the team behind it!

Love that I can use the Nescafé pods again! After living in Europe for a year, k cups weren’t cutting it. Pros- makes delicious Nescafé, easy to use, convenient Cons- -I usually have to make two cups of coffee to equal a normal (8oz) cup of coffee. The highest fill setting is about 4 ounces. But the Nescafé pods are made for those specifications….so not much a con as an advisory. -(not specific to this machine but the pods) Nescafé pods hold water, I put the used pod in a cup and after a few hours drain the cup and then throw away the pod. If you don’t, you will have fluid in your trash bag. UPDATE -****If your machine starts blinking through the heat colors and blinking the fill lines, you need to DESCALE the machine. Super easy, put half and half water/white vinegar in reservoir and hit the brew button. Brew 3-4 times until the reservoir is empty, then runs the hot water cycle 3-4 times. Fixes the error code, machine will work perfectly again.

Not a long lasting product. Broke after about a year’s worth of use. All lights started to flash and wouldn’t turn off unless you unplugged it. I tried to clean it etc but there was no effect. Will shop for a new small Keurig machine.

I have had this machine for 5 months and have also read most of the reviews so I wanted to write a review of my experience using this machine. If you are used to the official Dolce Gusto machines you have the option of programming the amount of water that you want. This does not do that - it uses what the manufacturer of the of the capsule intended. For example I use the Dolce Gusto Cafe au Lait. The actual capsule is programmed for the best cup of coffee that is about 6 ounces. So if you just put the capsule in this machine, you will get an output of only 6 ounces. However, I like it at 12 ounces of water. So I leave the capsule in when it brews the first 6 ounces and then just push the button to run the water once again. I've seen comments that it makes the lower end of the manufacturers recommendations. The same goes for K kups. Most k kup capsules are designed for an 8 ounce cup of coffee. If you want more you can either run it twice and get a 16 ounce cup from a capsule, or you can push the stop button when your cup is at the amount of water you desire. It will stop. And you will have the hot cup of coffee you want. This brewer is amazing if you like all the brands like Nespresso, Dolce Gusto, Keurig....you cannot buy all of those for the price of this one, which makes it a super value. I have not used it for anything but Dolce Gusto brand, and I love it. Brewing speed is typical for the amount of pressure that some of the cups require. Especially if you are using Dolce Gusto or Nespresso cups since they require so much pressure to blend the coffee through the cup. As for the forced cleaning which will stop the machine from working until it is done - the machine will stop after 200 times of making coffees to force cleaning of the machine - I have not had that happen yet. But should there be a problem with the machine I will update my review to make this a thorough review of how it works and how you can get the best cup of coffee. I am giving this machine 4 stars instead of 5 because it would need to allow for users to set how much water they want in their coffee without having to run a capsule 2x to get the water they want. Other than that as of now I love how this machine makes a great hot cup of coffee using all the popular capsules of even the most expensive machines out there all for a reasonable price. I've purchased the brand before and had mixed results. This model is fantastic so far. The flexibility of being able to use the different types of delivery systems is amazing. Some of my coffee doesn't come in K-Cups, sometimes I just want a nescafe. Sometimes I get whole beans. I don't want a different machine for each. I don't want to give up that much counter space (as if my wife would let me). Now we each can have our own way.

4 months after purchase it doesn't work!!!!! After descaling it doesn't want to turn on!!! Not a single button works. Oh!!!! I am very dissatisfied. What a waste of money!!!!! Yes I am angry!!!

Tiene varias selecciones de tipos de cafe, agua y temperatura. Llevo muy poco tiempo usándola pero hasta ahorita lo ha hecho muy bien.

Great coffee, great small size. Died after 3.5 month of daily usage… garbage.. dont buy.
