I purchased the Hamilton Beach Professional Cold Press Slow Juicer on March 19, 2025, through Amazon, expecting a premium product backed by a reputed brand. Unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst purchases I've ever made.By April 10th, less than a month into usage, the product stopped working. I promptly contacted Hamilton Beach customer service, and was asked to pack the unit myself so they could arrange for a courier pickup. This in itself was inconvenient, especially given the size and fragility of the item.What followed was an excruciating 20–25 days of wait just to receive the repaired unit. I assumed the issue was resolved.Sadly, barely 20 days later, the juicer broke down again.😞 Poor Customer Service & Product Reliability:Each time the product fails, the same time-consuming process is repeated:Pack the product againWait for pickupWait another 3 weeks for repairThis is frustrating, especially when we purchase a premium product assuming reliability and post-sale support.What’s worse is that there’s no nearby service center, and all repairs depend on logistics coordination from the customer side. It’s simply not practical to keep repeating this every few weeks.💸 Not Worth the Price:At this price point, I expected a durable product and hassle-free support. Hamilton Beach has failed on both counts. I now believe that opting for a local brand would have been a smarter choice – as they often have better doorstep service or nearby service centers.🚫 My Recommendation:I strongly urge others to avoid this product.It's not worth the time, money, or energy. My juicer malfunctioned after a mere three months of use. For the past three weeks, I have been attempting to initiate an inspection and repair, yet no technician has visited. On three separate occasions, I was contacted to confirm the cancellation of the visit, a cancellation that was erroneously initiated by their technician. Each time, I have reiterated the need for a visit.As of today, I am still without a repair. I strongly advise against purchasing this product due to the abysmal after-sales support. Their team gives no commitment of a timeline to resolve the issue, call you abruptly and is more keen to close the issue than resolving it.They repaired it after months of back and forth. But it stopped crushing the veggies properly and extracted no juice. I had raised it with them and they just kept demanding for more photos and videos. One month and I’m still waiting for a technician visit.A year about to be over since purchase and I’ve barely used it for 3 months. It is really low quality product.

Excellent product! I've been using it for 6-7 months without any problems it works so smoothly and efficiently this is such a nice product!

I am writing this after 3-4 months of using this product....It's not that good as projected in various reviews here and various social media platforms.The warranty is not for plastic parts. You can see , most of the visible parts( 95% of parts) of the juicer is made of of plastic....It's just misleading...The filter get easily damage after 2-4 months of soft use ...Really didn't like the product

Happy with the product. Customer service was very good. They solved my issues within days and I am using my product on bi- weekly basis. No issues found. Anyone looking for cold pressed juicer, I recommend to buy Hamilton.

We bought this juicer on Oct 22, 2025. I used this juicer for fruit and vegetable juicing. When it was working, the juicing went fine - we are happy with the performance.We have serious concerns on reliability because we have experienced 2 breakdowns so far (not even 1 year old). Statistically: Downtime: 31% (Max usage time: 150 days, Min downtime: 70 days in life of ~220 days so far).Break down 1: After 97 days of usage, We reported breakdown to customer support on January 27. After a lot of back and forth and logistics, we finally received the fixed juicer on March 12. Total down time: 44 days.Break down 1: After 52 days of usage, We reported breakdown to customer support on May 3rd. After the logistics cycle, we finally received the fixed juicer on May 28th. Total down time: 25 days.The worst part of this experience: They ask the customer to record videos/write notes and they use DTDC guys who are extremely impolite and don't let you.

Please do not buy this productI received a faulty product in the first delivery where plastics of the auger were grinding into the juice and they took 4 months to replace it. In the middle.. they tried new replacements but the parts turned faulty.. finally they replaced the entire machine And the second one also turned out faulty and broke down in a month.. save yourself from this brand. ..They will also not refund your money .. even if their products are a death hazard. just do yourself a favor and buy kuvings.. I had a good experience with kuvings.I have had the product replaced twice and still I have recieved faulty equipment. The technician says they will come and never turn up. They say they will have a senior manager call and that never happened. This is literal harrassment by the company .It's been over 3 times this has happened since January. Highly recommend never to buy this brand
