Best product on the market to keep the health of your tank up to par. It provides beneficial nitrifying bacteria to help your aquarium be it's healthiest. Helps corals and fish by reducing nitrate. Easy to use, and just follow package directions to get to that tank you've always wanted. Has pulled many of a crashed tank back to life.

I have been battling green hair algae for a very long time, and nothing brought it under control. I tried "cooking' my rock (Google it, it's not what you think), I do 20+% water changes every two weeks, I've tried PhosBan, Phosphate flocculants, and nothing has worked. I switched from MicroBacter7 to Prodibio Bio Digest, and finally, I'm seeing significant reduction in green hair and red slime algae. In fact, it is almost gone entirely after about a month of treatment. I have a 180gallon tank (+ large sump/refugium), and it only takes one vial. If you have a major problem, don't use more vials, simply use them more often, as is instructed. The normal dosage is one vial every 15 days, but I have a heavy bioload. I upped the frequency to one vial per week, which did the trick. Since I have a heavy duty skimmer, I would also advise vodka dosing, which feeds the beneficial bacteria in Prodibio. I hope this review helps others that are dealing with the same nightmare.

This stuff is amazing. I cycled a 400 gallon tank in a week. Numbers are on point. No amonia problems at all. I used it with Bio fast start and worked like a charm. I’m sold for life on this stuff.

My Nitrate levels have run high since setting up my system 2 years ago. After hearing glowing recommendations from my LFS, I decided to try this. As I have a bigger system (350g+) the standard vials were to small, so i opted for the "Pro" version. Before the first application I checked my Nitrate levels. Result was 60-80 ppm which unfortunately is where they had been running. I turned off the skimmer and dosed 1 vial as directed. After 3-4 hours I turned the skimmer back on and continued on my day. Within a week I began to see a significant drop in Nitrate. I have since dosed 2 more of the vials and Nitrates are nearly undetectable with my API test kit. Only reason I give it four stars instead of five is at the time of intial purchase (mid Feb) the kit wasnt in stock and it took a month or more to arrive. Once I received it I found the foil cap on two of the vials had busted open during transit. i then sent it back to Amazon who sent me a replacement.

I've been using dry bacteria for my water changes. My Ammonia levels have always been, no matter what I do, around 1 ppm in my 150 gallon. So I decided to change to this brand of proactive bacteria. Did my water change yesterday, added 2 viles of this product. Woke up, checked my water. Nitrite 0, ammonia 0, nitrates 0. I haven't had 0 readings since I wasn't able to get AIR good bacteria brand on Amazon, anymore. I was not thinking this would work due to the small vile. But it does and I reccomend this and it will NOT muck up your hoses on your canister filter like the dry bacteria does.

I am using this in conjunction with carbon dosing (vodka, vinegar, sugar) as per the directions on the package to simulate my bacteria diversity. I have noticed my carbon dosing has been more effective at dropping my phosphates and nitrates since using this. I dose 1 vial every 15 days in my aquarium which makes this a very cost effective and simple additive to use with any carbon dosing method. I may switch to their Bioptim product too at some point!

I used this on two tanks, one with about 10 ppm nitrate and one with around 30. I used one ampule in the 25 gallon tank and two ampules in the 90 gallon tank. I also added some Seachem Denitrate media at the same time, so the bacteria would have a good place to grow (in one tray of each canister filter and in a dark bag in the corner of each tank near the inflow tube for the canister where there is mild water flow). In two and a half weeks, the nitrate readings on both tanks are down to zero. I have kept goldfish for decades and have always had problems with nitrates. I have tried all sorts of products, and this combination is the first that has worked.

This is an excellent product that I've used a lot over the last 10 years or however long it's been in production. HOWEVER, this product was an OPEN BOX and 3 of the vials were cracked and empty. The empty vials were damaged, not actually used. Too bad there is no Canadian supplier anymore because this is my fav bacteria product on the market. I've been reef keeping for almost 30 years.
