I never write reviews, but I had to for these. I’ve spent over 15 years trying to find gluten free ramen noodles with this perfect chewy, springy texture — and these finally nailed it. You’d never know it though — they taste and feel just like real ramen. Most gluten-free noodles are soft or grainy, but these hold up beautifully in broth, stir-fries, or even cold dishes. They cook great, never get mushy, and soak up flavor perfectly. I honestly can’t believe how good they are. If you’re gluten free (or even if you’re not), do yourself a favor and try them. Absolute perfection.

There's are high quality and taste even better if you soak them first. They cook quickly and are the closest GF alternative to 'super noodle' style noodles I have found. A little expensive but worth it. Can be used in a lot of dishes.

Such a brilliant product!! Bought as a gift for someone who cannot eat gluten. They were so happy. It cooked well, albeit a minute less would have been better. Will definitely buy again.

These noodles are a little pricey, so I will only buy them when they are on sale. But they are the best and closest thing to "proper" noodles. I suffer from Coeliac disease, so, finding gluten free food close to the original is very hard. But these noodles are very similar to 'Super Noodles' and prefer these over any of the rice noodles. Step by step instructions on how to cook them are on the box and very easy to follow. They don't take long to cook and paired with a nice chicken broth, are really enjoyable! Unfortunately, (or fortunately), I eat them too quick to comment on the shelf life, but they are dried in individual packets, so would expect them to have a long shelf life.

These noodles are so good. The texture and springiness is like every proper nested noodle O remember before going coeliac.

Fantastic. These are just like the bachelors super noodles I ate when I could eat wheat based products. Now I'm wheat intolerant these are a brilliant alternative. I wish I'd ordered 2 boxes for my first order as they've been out of stock for ages now. Please restock soon.
