Works very well and super portable and convenient!
Very satisfied and highly recommend. I purchased this tool to engrave a few things and it worked flawlessly. I love that I'm not tethered to a power cord and I get the same result as a plug in unit.

Works great
Perfect size.Haven't tried it on metal yet, using it to engrave personal property at work. Does great on plastic.Batterer charger is cheaply made, but works like it should. Pen feels very solid though.

Good value/tool
This is a good little tool for fine detail work. After looking through these tools i choose this one due to the higher RPM ratings compared to the others. It was also priced the best.It works perfectly for what i need it for. I have had no issues with it and it holds a charge well.

No spare battery
It feels good in the hand and is easy to control. I used it to etch lines onto glass measuring cups with lines that had worn away. One star off because when it runs out of power there's no option but to plug it in and wait for recharge, which interrupts the flow of work! No spare battery.

Lasts long on single charge

Works great! A little loud with included battery
I love this engraver. I use it really often and its always consistent. The included rechargeable 3.7v battery makes it run extremely strong but also a bit loud. What I do is pop some AAA’s in there and its much quieter and still powerful enough to do most tasks. If i need extra power, i put in the included battery. Although i haven’t had to do that very often. I purchased some lithium 1.5v rechargeable AAA’s and those seem to work nicely. I almost went with the rechargeable nicad AAA’s but those are 1.2v so the lithium ones were the best choice in my opinion.

This thing is incredible! I bought this to engrave all of my sons cups and things that I sent to School for him and it works absolutely beautifully!!!!
