A new sugar substitute
For the past few years, I'd mostly replaced sugar with Splenda as a substitute. Just as a sweetener, Soothe is just as good, maybe better for some uses. The raw sweetener is much more of a "sugar" taste where Splenda is more artificial, though when mixed into coffee I can't tell the difference. But that leaves out the real selling point of the product. If you're like me and keep tums on hand, something like this is great. It can balance the acidity for coffee, but one of the things I've really come to appreciate is mixing it into ginger or mint tea as a 2-in-1 solution for any stomach issues.

Fine, but not as appealing as I hoped it would be
As a sweetener, I think this is actually pretty good. The blend of sugar and sucralose works for me better than most other low-calorie sweeteners do. As an antacid though, it's only okay. Not all of the antacid dissolves, even in a large glass of water, so you'll be left with a little chalky powder at the bottom. It doesn't really seem like it's as effective as antacid tablets either, and not just because it's a lower dosage. As a combination... It's passable but not amazing. Like, it works, but after trying it I don't really see the benefit in combining a sweetener and an antacid, and it's not a great value either. I'll just stick with antacid tablets.

Great Taste, Great Benefits, Great Product Overall
I recently started using this product as a sweetener in my daily coffee, and it’s been a game changer! I like this product much more than the Coffee Tamer brand, as it is much more effective. Not only does this product add a subtle sweetness, but it also helps alleviate my heartburn. I used to struggle with discomfort after my morning cup of coffee, but since incorporating this, I’ve noticed a significant reduction in its acidity. It’s a perfect solution for coffee lovers who want to enjoy their brew without the burn. Highly recommend!

Perfect amount of sweetness!
Great product - antacid and sweetener rolled into one! Bonus points for the packaging which pairs nicely with my favorite coffee mug!

Great as a preventative, not for immediate relief
I actually really like this product. The packaging is cute, it is easy to sit the box on your countertop since it's not any larger than it needs to be, and it's just nice to look at with the pretty pink. I use one packet in my morning coffee. I also add flavored syrup to my coffee so I'm not sure just how sweet this is, but if you have a major sweet tooth I'm sure you can always add additional sugar/sweetener packets on top of this if needed. I don't notice any difference to the taste of my drink, so I don't think there is any unpleasant aftertaste with this product. If you suffer from bad acid reflux and drinks seem to flare it up, I think that this is a great alternative to having to take an antacid after the fact every single time. I do think that it's a good value and will continue to use this product. One thing I wanted to touch on that another reviewer also touched on is that I don't feel like this is fast enough for immediate relief. I tried it for the first time in an attempt to relieve already-present acid reflux, and I ended up needing to take an additional antacid. This product, in my opinion, is more for use as a preventative if you're drinking something you know will make your stomach act up - which for me, is my morning coffee. One thing worth noting about this product is that it does contain sugar. It is not solely a sugar substitute.

These are great for Upset Stomach, not fast enough for Acid Reflux
My hubby suffers from acid reflux, so I wanted him to try these versus the prescription drugs he has. These are individual packets of powder antacid that are mixed with sweetener, so they essentially look like packs of sweetener that you used for beverages. And the use is exactly that - mix a pack with your favorite beverage when you feel an upset coming on, and it works like tums. We both tested the flavor of it, and it's not really noticeable in coffee or tea. So not bad.As for efficacy, it definitely works for upset stomachs, which you would expect as it's a powdered antacid. As for acid reflux, he calls it a 'meh' - not quite as effective as his prescription as it's not as quick at controlling the discomfort. So overall, it works great for digestive upsets, but may not be quite as effective as you hope for acid reflux. It just doesn't act as quickly as we'd like. It really should be advertised as antacid for digestive issues more so than for acid reflux.

Good quality sweetener
This is a very effective low calorie sweetener and doesn't have a weird aftertaste like some splenda products do. It's a clean tasting sweetness. It may help reduce the acidity of coffee and is a good option if you try to minimize sugar.
