The cookie is crunchy, the filling is soft. Comprable in consistency, not taste, to Oreo cookies. These are delicious!

How long is the shelf life on these? i want to get these for my gf for valentine's day but i don't know how soon before i should get them.

The expiration date is June/2023 for now. You can keep on the shelf as long expiration is good
