This little mixer solved everything. I use it to connect two PC towers to the same speaker setup, and the difference is night and day—no more buzzing, ground loops, or weak signals. I was so impressed, I bought another one to link two radio scanners to a powered speaker. Works like a charm. I've used this audio mixer for several months now, and it has been fantastic! I wanted a way to utilize the speakers I use with my PC, along with a Nintendo Switch. And I didn't want to have to fumble around with an aux in speaker wire every time I went from a device. This audio mixer allows me to always have my PC, as well as a Switch connected to the speakers. I don't push two audio streams to the speakers at a time...but it serves my purpose perfectly.It just works. It does require a separate power source to function, but once it is plugged in, and you have your audio devices plugged in, it works great.I would really recommend this little device if you want a way to plug in two devices that have "audio out" and you want that audio to go to a single "audio in".Fantastic little device...

I couldn't manage to make this work on the device I bought it for without feedback, but it worked great when mixing two sources for headphones, so maybe invest in well grounded cables if you intend to use it for something with a little more power.The price point is low enough that it didn't bother me that I needed a different workaround for my home audio system. I ended up having to get a ducking pre-amp for that, which I sort of knew was going to be the case. I knew it was a stretch for this to work for that... and I was right.So it was a very good value for the money, but I had problems with feedback noise when I tried to use this to replace a ducking connector box for speakers plus an intercom/doorbell, which was always going to be a stretch, but it got me through the month it took for my replacment ducking preamp to arrive after my one that was a million years old died.Also the LED is very bright blue which is good for some uses but was annoying for me.The reason this review is so high, however, is that it worked great to blend two different sources for wired legacy high-end minijack headphones. Those headphones include interference suppression so that is probably part of why it worked so well.So, assume that you're going to need some kind of noise suppression if you're in a situation where feedback's a problem, but if it isn't a problem, this works really well.I am very hard on connectors, because I'm a klutz, and I haven't broken this one yet.

This is such an awesome product, I've bought two of them.I was looking for a solution to be able to get audio from two computers (my work laptop and my personal PC) out of one set of speakers. KVMs can switch audio between the two devices, but can't mix from both devices at the same time. This product is a simple, inexpensive, high quality solution for the problem. This product allows me to hear audio from both devices simultaneously. I can hear a call coming in on my work laptop while listening to music streaming on my personal PC. This is exactly what I needed it for and it really comes through.This product has no volume, EQ, or power controls of its own. If it's plugged in it's working, and all such controls need to be handled on the devices it's mixing. I really like this as a feature. I don't need a bunch of extra controls sitting on my desk for this. The lack of controls allows me to tuck this away behind my desk, completely out of sight and out of mind. The existing controls on my devices can still be used just as before. Meanwhile, the audio from both devices "just works". I can hear both, just as if both devices were connected conventionally to the speakers. It's perfect.Don't let the price put you off. Just because it's not audiophile grade and just because it's inexpensive doesn't mean the audio coming from this won't be good quality. To my ear, it sounds more than good enough. I can't hear any degredation in quality as compared to plugging in the speakers directly. One thing I will note is that if you crank the speakers way up, you can hear some hissing. However, that often happens with many audio sources. That seems within the realm of normal and expected behavior, to me. Under normal listening conditions with everything set at a reasonable volume, I don't hear any hiss.The mixer's build quality seems very good. It has a metal housing and everything plugs in securely and nothing feels cheap.If there's one thing I can think of to complain about, it's the ridiculously bright blue power LED on the mixer. C'mon guys, what are we trying to prove here? I could read by this light. This is unnecessary, and obnoxious. A dim red LED would be fine. Thankfully, this stays tucked behind my desk so I can't actually see it most of the time. If I could though, I'd probably want to cover it with some electrical tape.If you're in the situation I described with two PCs and wanting to hear sound from both at the same time, look no further. This product will definitely meet your needs.

Works for my situation, but I notice that there is static noise coming from the speakers even when the connected input devices are turned off. I believe this can be mitigated using high quality shielding or maybe some internal components are cheaper, but then again, this mixer was very affordable.

WOW I wish I had known about this little gem sooner! I have my work laptop and home computer at my desk but with only one set of speakers. But, you can only use one input at a time, so I would have to connect/disconnect the second computer when I wanted to hear from it. Finally I decided that "this is crazy" and looked for a small mixer. This one works PERFECTLY for this need! Both computers are connected to it and the output goes to the speakers. No more connecting/disconnecting cables, the audio from both comes through! It's also very compact so it's easy to hide away. I also noticed no hum or ground noise too like I used to have when the laptop was plugged into it, so that's an added bonus. To power it I used an old USB cube that was too weak to charge modern phones quickly, but it powers this just fine. VERY happy with this product!

Worked fantastic for the first month. Then one day I went to listen to some music and nothing! It was completely dead. The return window just closed so now I'm out 25 dollars.Before it broke, the audio quality was good, it was small and portable and appeared to be well designed and constructed. Was worth the price until it failed.

Bought this with a specific use in mind...and it worked! I have a decent sound system in living room that the TV plays through but I also wanted the Amazon Echo to play through it as I use that to listen to music when working around the house. The Echo is okay on sound but I wanted it on the big system to really jam out. So I went looking and found this little thing.Well I bought it and hooked it all up and BOOM! I have sound from the TV as I normally did and now I have some sound from the Echo to jam out to. There is no volume control for the device itself as your using the volume of the device you are plugging into it. This device is just actually combining two sources into one output with no onboard controls. This also worked in my favor as there is nothing for anyone to mess up. It has such a small footprint design it was really easy to install it and tuck it behind everything. Did exactly what I needed it to do.

A perfect 2 Channel Powered Stereo Audio Mixer. small but efficient. It works well for me practicing on my digital piano and listening to my lessons on my laptop. The laptop input has a low ground loop noise , a low level noise, hardly perceptible.

I have 2 computers and one set of speakers. This solves the problem perfectly. Small, simple to install, sound quality un- affected, and I don't need to manually switch between computers.
