I have taken supplements many times before but unfortunately, they make me really nauseous so I stopped taking anything. However, these really interested me because I have PCOS and despite having undergone treatment at the beginning of the year, I am still affected by the side effects, I thought these would be good to try to see if they help at all with any balance in my hormones, It is hard to say for sure as I have only been taking them for a few days but I most definitely HAVE noticed a difference in my energy levels; I am awake during the day much more and appear to be sleeping much more sound at night. Be aware that the bottle does look bigger than the image, the bottle is tiny (or I thought so!), however, it really does not need to be bigger, it is just a surprise when you first see it. Also, be aware if you have children, the lid is very easily removed so it may be best to keep them away from children's reach just to be on the safe side. I am happy and glad that I purchased these and recommend them to anyone particularly who has problems with their hormones!

I have been taking this now for about a month and a half now. Unfortunately for me, I lose hair after a lot of stress, or on this occasion, a period of illness. My hair thins quite dramatically, and takes years for it to look better (i.e. for less scalp to be visible!). I bought this after having a thyroid test at the doctors - I have had this before too and on both occasions they have come back in the normal range. I know how I feel though, and combined with a nail that lifted (never had that before and horrible to see it happen!), I thought I would look in to a supplement - it certainly couldn't make anything worse. I decided on the 1 body brand simply due to the ingredients, and their quality, and on arrival, the box came with a slip for another free bottle, which is wonderful! It just allows you to stick with a supplement longer and have a better chance of seeing results - so many times I've bought a bottle of something and moved on... After a few days I noticed my hair fall had lessened quite dramatically, but after about a week or so it picked up again. However, I am pleased to say a month and a half in, my hair fall has lessened again, and has been like this for about 3 weeks. Of course, its natural to lose hair but you know yourself what is normal and what isn't - I would say I am below the norm at the moment, in terms of hair loss, which is wonderful. I will certainly continue to take this supplement for as long as I feel I need it, and have actually just purchased their Hair, Skin and Nails supplement (unfortunately this is coming from the US as it doesn't look to be available in the UK just yet), but having seen the ingredients, it looks complementary to this supplement, rather than being more of the same. I would definitely recommend this product, and the customer service is great too - worth trying out, for sure.

This supplement has changed my life. I take it along with my prescription daily, and it has boosted my energy, my hair is growing back, my nails are longer and stronger, and I am generally fitter and livelier. I take only one of the capsules instead of 2 because I also take a hair supplement, so I didn't want to overdose. I have given it 4 stars because it's too expensive for what it is. Please reduce the price to £19.99.

I have been taking thyroxine for 36 years, and I can honestly say taking this supplement is a game changer. It has taken 3 weeks for me to see an improvement, but I certainly feel better. My nails were dreadful, they kept splitting, but now they are strong, and I no longer hide my hands.I was afraid to take them, but I contacted the manufacturer about my fears, and they assured me I could take them along with thyroxine, but a few hours apart. I also spoke to my pharmacist ( I couldn't get a doctor's appointment), and she told me to leave at least 3 hours in between from taking thyroxine. My weight hasn't changed, but I think it will. I have never written a review before, but this I had to write.

On my second bottle because I did subscribe and save and instead of sending 1 per month, it sent me 1 every 2 weeks. Anyway I have an under active thyroid and am on meds from doc. I haven't felt any difference whilst taking them with energy levels or state of mind.

I bought this before like more than one year ago. I tested it then and I don't remember experiencing any bad or negative side effects so I didn't continue taking it. Didn't have the bottle anymore so I bought another one hoping to improve my energy levels. I felt good after first pill for like 2 hours. More energy, more focus and overall good vibes. Confident I took the second pill later in the afternoon. Didn't fell any change but as night came several hours later I started feeling strange. Anxiety, negative thoughts, and problems sleeping with heart palpitations and just overall bad mood. Didn't work for me unfortunately.

I was very sceptical when I ordered but Im really impressed. Since taking them, my energy levels have improved massively, and the motivation to do things has improved dramatically. This supplement changed my life for ever. I am on Levotheroxine tablets for Underactive Thyroid. The side effects made my life miserable. I was all the time tired, no sleep, muscle aching all the time, I gained weight, you just name it. Last year I was browsing online looking for vitamins that could alleviate the side effects, I came across many food complement for Thyroid. After reading the reviews I decided to to try this one, boy, I did not get it wrong, my life is back to normal, I am still taking Levo but it does not bother me anymore. I have lost weight. Before I start in on the review, I want to tell all the skeptics & worriers to not pass on this product until you've taken an entire bottle!! Trust me on this, I was thinking nothing was happening up until the 3rd week. I'm a typical “I want it all right now” mentality in regards to everything and if I don't get instant results, I think it doesn't work. Please put that thinking aside for the first month & you will be rewarded as I was! I purchased this item and am giving this review completely free of bias. The seller has offered nothing for a positive review, I know I like getting real result reviews before I purchase, so that is why I'm doing this. It wasn't that 'nothing' was happening, it was just that it didn't happen all at once so I was missing the subtle changes that were happening until I looked back over the past month. Things I didn't even think were related to my thyroid were improving along with everything else. The first week the main thing I noticed was that if I didn't take the pills with food, I would get horrid heartburn so TAKE WITH FOOD. The second week, I noticed my boobs hurt and I had PMS symptoms that were 2 weeks too early. Looking back, this was because hormones are connected to thyroid function and I was 'waking up' my sluggish thyroid. I also noticed I was feeling colder than normal. For the past couple of years with my sluggish thyroid, I've run hotter than normal so it was noteworthy when I had to wear socks to bed to keep my feet warm and my hands were chilly most of the day. My 'brain fog' during this week completely disappeared. I would sometimes spend weeks in a fog that no amount of coffee or redbull could draw me out of. I didn't really make much of it the first 2 days, it was extra hot in our area so I attributed the lose of appetite to the heat. Spitzen Klasse Eigentlich wollte ich erst noch etwas warten bis ich mir wirklich sicher bin, doch ich kann es eigentlich kaum glauben was ich gerade erlebe!!!! Ich habe die Lieferung sehr schnell erhalten.....DANKE Ich habe mir auch noch die Kapseln für die Schilddrüse dazu bestellt und in der Kombination ist das scheinbar ein Zaubermittel. Ich war mit meinen Nerven schon am Ende und hatte schon aufgegeben etwas gutes für meine Hashimoto Erkrankung zu finden. Endlich habe ich wohl Glück gehabt!!!! Mein Leiden geht jetzt schon viel zu lange und ich laufe Jahre von Arzt zu Arzt traurig das sich keiner wirklich auskennt. Ich habe mich total alleine gefühlt und erst sehr langsam habe ich herausbekommen das es viele Menschen gibt die trotz L- Thyrox Behandlung keine Besserung der Probleme erfahren. Schlimme Unruhe, Herzrasen, Muskel und Gliederschmerzen haben sich abgewechselt, dazu kamen noch immer mehr Unverträglichkeiten. Ich nahm die erste Kapsel vor 3 Tagen und ich hatte umgehend eine Entspannung verspürt, ich kann es noch garnicht fassen. Habe mir erst vor kurzem eine ganze Reihe von Vitaminen und Mineralstoffe bestellt und wollte es alleine mit einer Nährstoffbehandlung versuchen weil ich mittlerweile viel darüber gelesen habe. Ich hätte über den Tag verteilt ständig irgendwelche Kapseln schlucken müssen von ungefähr 15 Stück tägl. Geholfen hat es erst nicht!!!! Und jetzt nehme ich jeweils 2 Kap morgens und 2 Kaps abends....von Adrenal Unterstützung und Schilddrüsen Unterstützung und fühle mich schon nach 3 Tagen viel besser. Ich hoffe das ich aus diesem Traum nie mehr aufwache und es endlich bei diesem Zustand bleibt. Ich kann es nur jedem empfehlen es unbedingt zu versuchen, ich habe es nicht bereut. Da ich jetzt 59 Jahre bin wurde alles auf die Wechseljahre geschoben weil ich ja Schilddrüsentabletten nehme und das aus der sicht der Ärzte ausreichend sei???? Katastrophe kann ich nur sagen!!!!

Dieses Produkt hat irgendwie bei mir etwas umgeswitcht. Sprich - ich fühle mich gesünder und mit deutlich mehr Energie. Ich hatte im März eine Corona Infektion und bin nicht mehr richtig in die Pötte gekommen seitdem. Ja, bis ich nun dieses Mittel mir bestellte. Ich war erst mal skeptisch, aber doch - es wird nicht zuviel versprochen. Die Kombi ist echt klasse und ich werde ggf. meine Rezension erweitern in den nächsten Wochen. Der Pack ist ausreichend für 1 Monat bei Einnahme von 2 Kapseln pro Tag. Ich nehme nur 1 Kapsel und empfinde es als vollkommen ausreichend. Also habe ich dann 2 Monate wo ich wieder zu meiner alten Form finden kann. :)

Excellent produit ! Je souffre de problèmes de thyroïde depuis plus de 20 ans et j'ai pris des médicaments, mais j'ai toujours fini par les arrêter et opter pour une solution plus naturelle. Je ne prétends pas que ce soit la meilleure option, mais ces gélules ont fait une énorme différence. Ma peau est hydratée, mes cheveux ne tombent plus et, surtout, chose inédite : mes mains sont chaudes. J'ai aussi perdu du poids, environ 5 kilos, bien sûr, tout en continuant à faire attention à mon alimentation. Mais un résultat presque impossible à obtenir auparavant s'est produit ! J'en suis déjà à ma sixième boîte. Je prends également du magnésium et une petite dose de fer, ce qui, je pense, complète l'effet du produit.
