THIS HP Laptop isn't bad the battery is extremely poor laptop can't stay charge for no more than 45 minutes if you get that much while using it . I Charged the laptop fully turned it off went back to the laptop 3 days later turned it on and it had 1 battery bar life left on it was shocked can't understand what's killing the battery even when the laptop is turned off shut down battery is still draining very disappointed and unsatisfied with this

I purchased this computer back in March. The main reason for purchasing this laptop was for the lifetime Office. Everything worked great until the Office stopped working and looking for a product registration key. I read in other reviews that this has happened with others and that the problem got resolved. I reached out the seller and was given instructions on how to remedy and that still didn't work. They sent me a UPS label and asked me to send it back to them and they would install a new hard drive. I received it back within a week and it works great. It also appears I will not have the same issue with Office as it did not start with pop-ups telling me it was a trial or that it needed to be registered. Communication responses were quick and this Seller was a pleasure to work with. Hopefully I will not need to contact them again.
