I have a 10-gallon fish tank. Which filter should I use?

It is recommended to use the G3 filter for a 10-gallon fish tank. The G1 filter is suitable for 5 gallons or smaller fish tank.

The filter worked normally at first, but after some time, it stopped functioning. Did I receive a defective product?

If your filter initially worked but suddenly stopped, we recommend trying the following: remove the rotating core for 5 seconds to allow sufficient air to enter the tube. Then, reinstall the rotating core. Check out the video above for reference.

The filter is not working properly. Water is just a trickle.

Please note that the filter is equipped with a switch to adjust the water flow. If you find the water flow too weak, you may kindly adjust it to a higher setting.
