Good stuff.
This was recommended by an American friend, he's a big fan of Jambalaya, gave me his recipe and advised I use this. It gives a nice taste

If you don’t know Tony you have not lived 😀
I got introduced to this by my US friend years ago who used to bring it back from the states, delighted to find on Amazon. It’s a game changer! Superb on sweet or jacket potatoes, rice, to spruce up shop bought oven chips. My daughters friends like it so much they put it on toast 😀😃. We don’t meat anymore but also use it on tofu, beans - generally brilliant to jazz up vegetarian and vegan food. Super highly recommended. Just make sure you close it after use as otherwise the spices loose their flavour.

Great flavor
When you want to have some Cajun food and there’s nothing around this is the greatest seasoning to use. Cracks me up when people give me a recipe to make my own seasoning. I want to eat, not make seasonings before I eat! Full flavored and just what I want to taste when I’ve got cravings.

Every kitchen needs this.
Came across this on a video and decided to try it for myself. It contains things like salt, pepper, cayenne, and lot more. The one thing i should point out that this is a bit salty and a bit spicy. But a spicy that you can still enjoy your food. I tried this with seafood boiled and also chicken and they both were awesome. But i am pretty sure any food you pair this with would be amazing. Try it for yourself

Nice spice. You just have to minimise salt while using it. The spice itself is good for spicing meat, fish or other meals generally.

Turns any dish into Gordon Ramsay
This stuff is wonderful - it makes any dish taste amazing and suddenly you've got people thinking you're Gordon Ramsay seriously, though, if you're an OK cook this will make you into a good cook. It goes with anything: eggs, any meat, vegetables. Be careful as it is very salty so don't use too much but it's a great seasoning

One of my fav additional seasoning
No other cajun seasoning tastes the same. Add some of this to your normal meat seasoning and u won't be disappointed. Even can be used like a table salt to add more flavour to fried, beans etc

Creole (Cajun) seasoning that doesn't have too much cumin
As an American living in England, sometimes it's hard to find ingredients here to use to sub out for ingredients I'm used to from home. That's the case here, as all Cajun seasoning here has too much cumin in it, making anything you make with it taste like chilli. We love to make chicken Alfredo, and we coat the chicken in this seasoning before he cook it, and then we add some of the seasoning to the Alfredo sauce, giving us a Cajun chicken Alfredo. It's also essential in making our rice and beans.

Tony Chachere's Original Creole Seasoning has become a staple in my kitchen, and I can't imagine cooking without it. This 8 oz container of seasoning packs a punch with its bold and flavorful blend of spices, perfect for adding a delicious Creole kick to a wide variety of dishes. One of the standout features of Tony Chachere's Original Creole Seasoning is its versatility. The blend includes salt, red pepper, black pepper, chili powder, and other spices, creating a well-balanced seasoning that enhances the flavor of any dish. Whether I'm cooking seafood, chicken, vegetables, or even sprinkling it on popcorn, this seasoning brings out the best in every bite. It's especially great for traditional Creole dishes like gumbo, jambalaya, and etouffee, but it also works wonders on everyday meals like scrambled eggs, burgers, and grilled vegetables. The flavor profile is just right—savory, spicy, and slightly salty. It's not overwhelmingly hot, but it has a nice kick that can be easily adjusted by using more or less of the seasoning. I appreciate that it doesn't overpower the natural flavors of the food but rather complements and elevates them. For those who prefer a milder taste, it can be combined with other herbs and spices to create a custom blend that suits individual preferences. The convenience of the 8 oz container is another big plus. The shaker top makes it easy to sprinkle just the right amount, whether you're cooking a big batch or just seasoning a single portion. The size is perfect for regular use, providing enough seasoning to last through multiple meals without taking up too much space in the pantry. The container itself is sturdy and easy to store, keeping the seasoning fresh and ready to use. Another aspect I love about Tony Chachere's Original Creole Seasoning is its ability to add depth and complexity to dishes with minimal effort. It's a great go-to seasoning when I'm looking to spice up a dish quickly without having to measure out multiple spices. The convenience and flavor make it a favorite for weeknight dinners and quick meals, adding a little bit of Louisiana flair to my cooking. Overall, Tony Chachere's Original Creole Seasoning has exceeded my expectations. Its versatile and flavorful blend makes it an essential seasoning for anyone who enjoys cooking with bold and delicious spices. The convenient packaging, balanced flavor profile, and ease of use make it a must-have in the kitchen. I highly recommend this seasoning to anyone looking to add a touch of Creole magic to their meals. It's a simple yet impactful way to elevate everyday dishes and bring a taste of the South to your table.

This stuff is great, it goes well with almost anything -just like it says on the side. Just wish I could buy it off the shelf here in Australia. I have mostly used it on steak and roast meats, potato gems (Tater Tots) and a little in the mix I make for fried chicken -Yum!
