Longevity and sound quality were great.
Worked for 2 years. The dial features never worked but the volume did for like a year. On off still worked. Left earbud just went out. So disappointed they are not currently available.

The best there ever was!! Call quality and sound is literally perfect!!
I've had these almost 2 years and they are amazing!! I hate earbuds because they are ALL uncomfortable for me. They don't fit in my ears properly and constantly fall out. These never fall out. Plus I love that it's on my neck ready to use when I need them. No more fumbling through my purse or pockets to find my Bluetooth. Call quality is perfect. I never have any complaints from other callers about the sound quality or difficulties hearing me. The turn dial is the most intuitive part. Other neckbands don't have this feature and they should! Changing/ starting/ stopping videos or music, adjusting volume and answering calls are a breeze because of it! One arm just snapped on mine (it was my fault ๐ญ) after two years of using them pretty much all day every day and every night lol. I have even fallen asleep with these on and they've held up!! I "glued" the arm back on lol but it isn't holding up well. I came back to buy more and am devastated that it's currently unavailable ๐ซ If you get the opportunity to buy this model do it! Don't hesitate. I will be buying several the second they come back.....please God bring them back ๐๐ผ

EXCELLENT: BUT READ THIS FIRST.
I like to watch movies late at night, but my wife likes to go to bed early. She always complains about the TV noise, so I decided to get a bluetooth headset. I purchased seven listening devices prior to this one. Everything, including a bluetooth base station to plug in my Bose headset, Apple EarPods, bone conduction and over-the-ear headsets. These are the best of all of them. PROS: 1. They are extremely comfortable. 2. It has a real on off switch, instead of a soft-switch. When you turn it on or off, you know it. 3. Setting up the bluetooth is effortless and fast. it must have a very powerful bluetooth transmitter. 4. You donโt have to worry about them falling off or out of your ear. 5. The sound quality is excellent for watching TV. 6. It has a real knob for adjusting settings (instead of clicking a button to change values). Volume changes are easy and so is changing the channel. 7. The auto-retracting wires make storage a snap. CONS: 1. The instructions are cartoon drawings with very little text to tell you what to do. It needs more information about the multi-function button. 2. The USB-C charging port is covered with a cap that rotates 180 degrees to reveal the port. Unfortunately the cap looks like a button. The bad part is that it is not labeled. Eventually i figured it out. You have to lift the cap with your fingernail in order to rotate it. Overall I love this headset (so far). If they hold up, then they will be an outstanding value. Stay tuned for any future updates.

Crap
Got the unit 2 months ago and it started off pretty decent on my Samsung S23 Ultra. Folks were better able to hear me, compared to the BCS700 model. But over the last few weeks it's getting to the point of unusable. It's constantly disconnecting and reconnecting (with beep notification), and the devices internal EQ keeps adjusting the sound and telling me about it ("game mode on/off" "bass", "treble", etc). (I've turned off all audio notification during testing/troubleshooting to no avail, and ExFit doesn't have a current app) The sound quality is better than the 700, folks can hear me clearly. But I can't hear them well, only because the dang headset keeps yapping or beeping over the other person talking. Battery life isn't s impressive as the LG units. But I'd be very happy ... if the damn thing would shut up and do it's job.

Love the Features, Disappointed in Durability
Iโve purchased this headset three separate times, which should say a lot I genuinely want to love it. The design is smart, the sound quality is solid, and people can hear me clearly on calls. One of my favorite features is not having to keep an earbud in all day. I can wear it comfortably and still have the option to answer calls discreetly when needed. That said, the longevity is a real issue. After some time, the charging area starts to overheat, and the battery essentially burns out. Right before that happens, the audio usually begins to fail as well. Itโs frustrating because the concept and functionality are great, but the durability just doesnโt hold up. I understand nothing lasts forever, but at this price point, Iโd expect it to last longer than a year. If the build quality matched the design, this would be an easy 5-star product.
