Great parts. They were easy to fit with clear instructions, and stopped the leaks and splashes.

The parts were easy to order for my 15 year old trifle mixer tap which was dripping slowly. The parts arrived within the timescale and were straightforward to install. Problem solved Supplier and goods highly recommended. Certainly saved a few hundred pounds compared with the cost of a suitable replacement.

The valves themselves fit without problems, slightly stiffer than the old ones. No idea regarding their longevity compared to the original ones that lasted about 16 years.I did fit the supplied o-Rings to the spout which may be an error of judgement. I had no problem with the old O rings, just thought I might as well fit the new ones. The old ones had a slightly rectangular cross section and were a tight fit, the new ones were round and loose. No leaks round the base of the spout yet, but I did use a generous helping of silicone grease.24 hour delivery as promised and cheaper than on Tap Magician's own website!

These were easy to fit but the taps still drip. I had a number of email conversations and a telephone chat and whilst they were very helpful the cartridges haven’t fixed my problem.Update 6th Feb. I have now upgraded to 4 stars. After a number of conversations and emails I was sent replacement inserts and end stoppers for the cartridge units. A bit fiddly to fit but quite straightforward and successful! No more drips. I did notice that the end stoppers I was sent had a full ring plastic insert for rigidity and were a very snug fit whilst those that came with the cartridges had a split metal ring insert a d whilst not loose did not seem as snug a fit.

Not really happy with this - after 12 months, one of the valves has started dripping (the original valves lasted for about 15 years). It was also extremely hard to replace the spout once the new o ring was in place around it.

This arrived quickly and our previously dripping tap is now silent. Really easy to fit following the instructions. The most difficult bit was getting the coloured circle out of the tap. Much easier and cheaper than having to replace the whole tap.
