Great drones, still practising, great for beginners

The drone is brilliant but spare batteries are not available to buy so when they no longer work you have a paper weight. Unfortunately because of that it will be sent back.

This Drone does what it says on the box, great value for money, easy to fly, and great build quality and battery life.

Its good. Camera quality is great. It has 2 batteries to enjoy flying it but i still got more batteries to fly longer. It is fast and easy to control.

This Holy Stone HS360D is a great drone for adults just beginning this hobby. This is an upgrade on the previous HS360S and offers a much greater range of up to 6km. The drone is packed with features such as the ability to return home to where it took off from. You can fly freely or plot a course with waypoints on the map on your phone. There are also the follow you and point of interest function where it will circle a chosen point. The drone arrives boxed in point of sale packaging complete with hard shell carry case, spare battery and extra rotor blades. You will need to download the HS Fly app to get the best out of it. Once you have everything fully charged follow the instructions step by step or (like me) you may find you have problems getting it into the air. I particularly like the lift off/landing button on the app which minimises the chances of damaging the drone. It is intended that you fly it outdoors where GPS comes into it's own, but it can be flown indoors if this is switched off. The camera has a two way gimble which helps keep things steady. I would recommend flying in calm weather for the best results. I'm still getting used to flying the drone and finding good weather to do this. I don't think the battery life is quite as long as stated but you have a spare so they can be swapped over. So far I have been very impressed with the HS360D and would be happy to recommend it to you.

One of the batteries out of the two is not charging correctly have it on for adequate time and doesn't hold charge

This drone is just under the 250g limit so doesn't require registration in most countries. The 4K camera produces surprisingly good footage for the price point. GPS features work reliably including return to home and follow me modes. The 80 minute flight time is achieved with multiple batteries, each individual battery lasts about 25 minutes. The foldable design makes it very portable for travel. Wind resistance is decent for recreational flying but it struggles in strong gusts. The app interface is intuitive and connects reliably to the drone. Good starter drone that offers advanced features without the complexity of professional models. The image stabilisation works well for smooth video footage.
