Works amazing. Comes with a tiny silicone cover and bag to carry it. I bought it because i recently cut my hair into a lob and my ends would flip so this flat iron is perfect to make sure my hair stays straight and sleek all day!

Product size is great, usability and ingenuity are top notch, however it does not get hit enough for normal hair, and cools off really quickly in the middle of using it on a 1” x 36” section of hair.The ability to under turn or curl is lost on this item as the plates are small and do not reach the ends of the clamp.This is an amazing product for finer hair than normal and max length of above shoulders. This one was sent to my 65+ mother, since she can’t burn herself and her hair should be perfect for this product. The hunt continues ;).

Doesn’t keep a charge very well. And kinda looses heat after 2 times so you have to wait for it for a min to heat back up to use again.BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY PROVIDED AFTER I HAD A LITTLE ISSUE FOR THIS ITEM IS SIMPLY AMAZING! THEY TREAT THERE CUSTOMERS GREAT AND NOT ALL COMPANIES EVER CARE NOR HELP YOU. They seen an issue and a small one at that and they immediately wrote me to help solve the issue . They went over and beyond!

Great for travels and works amazing.

Size is great, love that it uses USB-C, but I bought it for a trip in April and on the trip, after about 3 uses, only one side of the straightener heats up. I only use it for my bangs so it's not like I'm using it all the time. Disappointed.Edited to add: It officially stopped working after two more uses - so 5 total uses. Spend your money somewhere else!

Perfect hairstyling tool. Very lightweight & easy to held & style my hair. Heats up quickly after it's fully charged. Mine came charged.

I bought this for travelling outside of the US as it charged via a USB and is lighter than my corded one. On my trip, it was OK but paled in comparison to a corded one. it doesn't heat up nearly to the identified temperature and is only good for small sections of hair at a time. But it was OK. But on my next trip, 3 months later, it barely heated up sufficiently to straighten my hair. Can't find a warranty on it, so I guess it goes into the trash can. Good idea but a waste of money

I’m very happy with how this works and the different heat setting. It came with hair clips and a travel bag. The size is perfect for travel and easy to use and holds a charge.
