Great product. I have been using for a year.

This is my second bottle. I'm not at all sure if this is effective in helping with my neuropathy. Maybe it's too soon to tell. That said, the capsules are easy to swallow and have no discernible taste. Compared to similar ALA products, it's a good value.

So, I am a diabetic I've never been diagnosed with neuropathy because I suck at going to the dr. But my feet are numb/tingly all the time. And I have these itch like pains that come in different areas of my feet thats also started to happen in my hands. It's debilitating, wakes me up out my sleep, happens when im driving, in the store and I have to go go outside and rub my foot for up to an hr sometimes. I didn't think there was anything that could help until I looked this stuff up...I've only taken it for 2 days but there is a noticeable difference already. I'm not trying to jinx it but I feel like I've gone almost the whole 2 days with no pains. If this continues to work like this it will be life changing 🙌 fingers crossed!

Quality lipoic acid capsules. I like this brand because it had a higher dosage.
