Quality shirt and fits well

Nice quality however I ordered a man’s 2xl and it was too small. I am usually a woman’s xl and I wanted it baggie and large to wear over leggings. Not sure if it was mis sized or what but I will need to leave it unbuttoned with a shirt underneath if I still want to use it.
