Response time was nearly immediate & issue was resolved in a timely mannerPros;* nicely constructed* very sturdy* casters/wheels function well* lift able ledge is quite strong and the collapsible arms fold in tightlyCons;* took almost six hours to build* drawer is very shallow* cabinet shelf is very shallow* pale hinge makes three weird clicks at varying degrees of being open* no upper strap around the pale to hold it in placeOverall a great piece and I’m very happy w it. Do yourself a favor and get a power drill to put this together. Directions aren’t super clear, pay attention to the orientation of certain items when putting this together. Only made three mistakes and two were right at the finish line. Looks great, doesn’t fit too much

OMGolly!! This is really nice. It did take us a few days to put it together but once we got it up and in our kitchen, it works perfect. The extra table to the side is super nice because of having a couple chairs that fit under it. Would recommend this one.

Decently easy to put together, the top does scratch easily and the shelf in the cabinet is very wobbly/ likes to collapse. Mine did come missing parts (the back panel- #8) but I reached out to the seller to fix the issue and they're very quick to respond.

Came in so many pieces that I was seriously bummed. Then I got it half together and the holes didn't match up on the top. One plus. I got my refund after making a stink. It just was a disaster from the start.

It takes awhile to put together but totally worth it. It granted me so much needed storage space.

Pretty easy to assemble; took about 4-5 hours working alone. Looks nice. I love the wood panel top and love that it can be expanded if needed. I use it as a little snackbar in our dining room. The sliding drawer is great for storing condiments.

This island is ok for the price. Took 7 hours-to put it together. The fold down part of the top isn’t flat. Not terrible but enough to be aggravating. Everything else was fine.
