Q: I see some people use this for Barbie's, what temperature is the lowest setting it's able to go?

I’m no barber, personally bought it for myself b/c I’m letting my beard grow out! It a lot more easy to handle with a thin shape, so that I don’t burn myself …. I can get super close to the ski and I’m able to see more, of what I’m doing verses a traditional iron. To answer your question, once you turn it on, it’s already (starting) temperature is 122and builds up to 360! Then you can adjust it all the way up to 450. Hope this helps, it really is a great iron to have and the price is very affordable.

Q: Is there a way to reset? Mine stopped working after 2 uses and never got hot.
