I've only had it a couple of days but so far these are my thoughts: 1. Very quiet compared to other dehumidifiers. 2. Gives the optimum humidity level. 3. Dries clothes really well & fast. 4. Easy to use. Just plug in & switch on! 5. Looks good. 6. Doesn't take up a huge amount of space. 7. Good value for money. 8. Comes with the correct hose. 9. My only criticism is it's very heavy!

Great item, ive just set up a heated airer in the utility room so this literally drinks the water in the air, I place it on the worktop with the hose going in to the sink so I dont need to worry about emptying the container, im sure during the winter period this will be great to use in there whilst trying to save some pennies not using the old tumble dryer. Using it is super easy, just turn it on and press the clothes button and it'll sort itself out, with the heated airer on and this running, clothes are dry in about 3 or 4 hours depending on bulkyness of the items, my daughter likes thick hoodies and baggy everything so they take a bit of time. Overall im really pleased with my purchase.

I bought this dehumidifier to tackle the constant dampness in my bungalow, and I’m genuinely impressed, it has worked well and the digital display is handy to read at a distance. My rooms smell fresher, and even the furniture feels protected from that lingering moisture. The 2.5L tank is a decent size, and when it’s full, the machine shuts off automatically. The wheels and hidden handles make it easy to move around.

Great machine and has solved our humidity problems that was causing mould in our rooms. Recently the item started running with a different 'low rumble noise'. I contacted the supplier and they have been very helpful and proactive investigating this. It turns out that this is not an uncommon feature on the slower speed. At the higher speed the unit runs its usual quietness. Recently I had to move the unit to do some decorating. Once finished I cleaned the filter again (you should do this at least once per week if running daily) but also vacuumed at the top of the unit where the air flows out. I switched it on and the 'low rumble noise' had gone on the low speed so hopefully all is now ok. The supplier team have been great and assure me if any problems occur they will do their best to resolve it. Exactly what you want to hear. Tip: if you have to dry clothing indoors, run this in the same room, it will take the moisture out of the air and help dry the clothes quicker.

The dehumidifier is very easy to operate. A clear display shows the humidity level & you can set the value that you want it to get to. There’s a high & low setting option, the low setting is surprisingly quiet. As the tank holds 12L it doesn’t need emptying too often, a red light comes on when it’s full and you simply slide the reservoir containing the water out & pour it away. There’s also a timer option so you can choose how long to leave it on. I have an en-suite where humidity is a problem but by using the dehumidifier it prevents black mould from appearing on the walls. It is also great for putting near washing that you are trying to dry indoors, it dries much quicker. Very pleased with this dehumidifier.

Easy to set up and use. It pulls moisture out of the air at an impressive rate - I’m always shocked when it comes to emptying the container. It was a little louder this I expected though, even on the ‘low’ mode. The wheels make it easy to move around the room too. All in all, great purchase!

After 4 months started making a weird noise. 2 days later it stopped working and put the fuses down. Not worthy at all and dangerous

I've used this for almost 1 year, this is a good machine that just works. I use it to keep the laundry room dry and it is excellent at its job. it's not super loud and the sound is a somewhat agreeable and constant white noise, not high pitch. removing and replacing the container part isn't elegant but it hasn't caused any problems. the beeping sound when it's full is long and annoying, but I guess that is kind of the point.
