So far good. Little moisture on it. But nothing crazy yet. Money wise, Should have came with the tent itself though. Fit as described. Easy to throw on. Will update with some precipitation...

made to fit the 4 man perfectly. Buy some waterproof spray and be extra protected from the rain I stayed dry in a maga down pour but i waterproofed the entire tent using 4 cans of waterproof spray

You definitely have to have this with the older tent for rain cover and privacy. Having this on top of the tent allows you to open the windows to let air circulate while still having privacy. Adds to the expense a lot. Won't be available for long and coleman no longer supports.

The setup was pretty straight forward. However, I have some doubts this will keep me dry as the bottom of the tent sticks out more than the rainfly. I sealed up the seams on the bottom part of the tent so that will help.
