Worked very well the only annoyance was that the instructions were a bit damaged taking the label off but I went online to the website and downloaded them. Again it was not ideal as it was just a scan of the label with very small writing. Hence only four stars. The product was very good but the instructions were poor and needed some faffing around to make them legible. Having said that the end result was delicious, we went for the slightly stronger recipe and the Cider was dry.

About to re order as this batch has all been drunk over Christmas. Fermented to higher %. Turned out excellent. Good taste and colour, allowed to clear naturally, bottled with half a spoon of sugar in flip top bottles and allowed to carbonate. Superb!

Created a really dry cider, but then again I did make the 32 pint version, but I suspect it will still be dry if you make the 40 pinter. So if you're after a sweet cider then you might want to choose something else.Personally I loved it and on my list to buy again.

I have brewed many beers at home, from concentrates like this cider. They have all been good. So tried cider for the first time .... followed the instructions exactly. And the result was undrinkable. Down the sink.

First time making it, followed the instructions. Dry result, but not really any flavour. Have left for weeks, so might leave longer and see. Sadly not impressed, so back to buying bottles for me.
