Effective Delay Spray
Keeps Climax Delay Spray works as advertised. It helps reduce sensitivity and extends the experience. The spray is easy to apply and doesn’t have any strong odor. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a longer-lasting experience.

Decent...Not Great
The Keeps Climax Delay Spray for Men is an okay option for those looking to reduce sensitivity and last longer in bed, but it didn't work as well as expected. The lidocaine in the formula does help with desensitization, but the effects aren't always consistent, and it can sometimes feel a bit too numbing rather than providing subtle control. While the spray is easy to apply, the 0.18 fl oz size is quite small, and depending on how often it's used, it may not last as long as you'd hope. It’s a convenient and discreet option, but overall, it doesn’t quite deliver the level of effectiveness I was hoping for.If you're looking for something that provides noticeable and reliable results, this might not be the best choice. While it might work for some, others may find it lacks the desired impact.

Didn't really make a noticeable difference. Good container. Terrible value.
I reviewed a non lidocaine based spray last year and was really impressed with the results. I've never been particularly self-conscious with my stamina but that spray increased it by orders of magnitude while still being pleasurable. I went on to purchase it on my own several times since then. With that in mind, I was really looking forward to trying this lidocaine based spray. As it's always nice to have options. But to my disappointment I did not really notice that much of a tangible benefit. I found the effect to be minimal at best. The spray takes about 15 minutes to take effect which is a big improvement over the 45 minutes of my other spray. You can feel something's going on, but 15 to 20 minutes later when it comes time to actually put things in action I did not find that it had that big of a difference in terms of session length. It's really hard to do comparisons because of all the physical and mental variables involved. But I tried to keep things is consistent as possible between solo and partner sessions specifically for testing this spray, on the clock I lasted last time when using the spray and didn't really feel that it was more or less pleasurable than it was without it. But again there are tons of limitations to this kind of testing.Still, there are some things that I did appreciate. When testing with a partner there did not seem to be any complaints about taste or unpleasant leftover residue. I was always very careful about waiting the 15 to 20 minutes so that may not be the case if you get impatient and start early. The container is quite nice. It's very easy to direct the spray to where it needs to go and the safety lock prevents the possibility of an accidental spray. My biggest gripe though is price. It's 0.18 fluid ounces at a high price point. Depending on sales, taxes, shipping and all that it's price per fluid ounce is around $155. That's ridiculous even if it did work really well. And since I haven't had much success with it it's even less of a good value. My other non lidocaine spray ships in larger quantities at a lower price per fluid ounce. I will come across other lidocaine based sprays during background research for this review with significantly better price per fluid ounce. A better than average container is not worth the no to mediocre performance at a high price point.

Discreet, Effective, and Easy to Apply
I just recently gave Keeps delay spray a try, and I'm pretty happy with the results. It's doesn't do miracles but it helps. It's a lidocaine-based spray that's easy to use and comes in a small, discreet bottle, making it super convenient to keep around or take on trips.Pros:+ Effective Desensitization: The spray does a good job of reducing sensitivity, making it easier to last longer.+ Discreet and Portable: Small and easy to store, which is great for privacy.+ Easy to Use: The spray format is very straightforward, and lets you target your specific area.+ No Prescription Needed: Simple to buy and have on hand.Cons:- Need for Careful Application: Using too much can lead to numbness, so finding the right amount takes some trial and error.- Limited Supply: The 0.18 Fl Oz bottle only has about 40 sprays, so it doesn't last long if you're using it often.- Potential Transfer: Be careful about transferring it to your partner; washing your hands and area after use is important.A Few Tips:- Starting with just a couple of sprays and giving it time to absorb (10–15 minutes) can help you get the right effect, then you need to wash it off. And if you notice any issues, it's always good to pause and maybe consult a professional.Overall, Keeps delay spray is an easy, discreet solution for anyone looking for a little extra control. A bit of a learning curve with the application, but if you're careful, it's effective and convenient.

Did not work for me
I've tried this spray a few times and couldn't tell a difference in sensitivity. The first time I did the minimum recommended 3-4 sprays, then the next time I upped it, then upped it again the next time, until this last time I tried it I was at the 10 spray max recommendation. And still, I couldn't tell a difference. There was no change in sensitivity. It didn't make anything worse and obviously my partner and I still enjoyed ourselves, but I was expecting something drastic as a fun surprise for her, so I'm definitely disappointed.Full Disclosure: I received this product as part of the Amazon Vine program, but my review is entirely my own and not altered at all by my participation in the Vine program.
