Lovely cup
Love the colour of my Stanley! So pretty and girly. Very easy to clean and keeps drinks cold for hours! Perfect for travelling and very easy to use.

Amazing!!!
Amazing cup, built sturdy and perfect for my son. The litre capacity is generous and means he can make a drink last longer. The seller was excellent at communication, no issues at all. The seller also packaged the stanley cup perfectly and it was well packed to ensure that the cup did not damage during transit or delivery. The delivery speed was excellent and I had the cup in my possession in less than 24 hours from placing my order. Faultless item and brilliant seller. Highly recommended

better than 5 stars (no, actually)
honestly i thought these were all overdone tiktok hype at first, but it's genuinely a really good flask. its huge, but it makes me drink much more than i otherwise would. things rock solid and keeps ice in drinks for well over 8 hours.

Not at all leak proof.
Not leak proof at all so I’m docking a star, but it’s incredibly sturdy, fantastic at keeping drinks cold/hot, and it’s fully deconstructable so makes it super easy to clean. I imagine there are cheaper alternatives out there but I still heavily recommend.

Solid and Reliable for Everyday Use
What I liked The build feels super solid — stainless steel construction, a good-sized handle, and an ergonomic shape that makes it comfortable to hold and carry. For keeping cold drinks cold it really shines: reviewers report ice remaining hours later, thanks to the vacuum insulation. Decaf Journal +2 Reviewed +2 The rotating lid with three modes (closed, drink opening, straw) is a nice touch for switching between sipping styles. Decaf Journal +1 What I didn’t love / things to watch Because it’s big (1.2 L is roughly 40 oz), when filled it does get heavy — if you’re carrying it in one hand for ages it might fatigue your arm. Some reviewers flagged that the lid isn’t entirely leak-proof (especially if the tumbler is tipped or loosely stored) which could be a consideration if you’re throwing it in a bag. Decaf Journal +1 Fit for purpose & verdict If you’re someone who wants one container for all-day cold hydration (gym, desk, road-trip) the Quencher H2.0 is a strong choice. The size gives you fewer refills and the insulation means you’re less likely to end up with warm water by afternoon. On the flip side, if you commute light, travel ultra-light or need something ultra leak-proof in a pack then a smaller or more specialised bottle might make more sense. All in all, it feels like a very capable “main” tumbler rather than just an occasional backup.

Good product and well priced
Bought for my Daughter. She loves it. I think they are well priced when purchased on Amazon as I’ve seen them quite a bit more expensive on line. I needed this quickly as a last minute gift and the benefit of Amazon and Prime membership fulfilled that need perfectly. Arrived before Christmas…phew.

Cheap versions cannot compare.
STANLEY Quencher H2.0 Flowstate Tumbler 1.2L - Cold for 11 Hours - Iced for 48 Hours - Metal Water Bottle with Straw, Handle and Lid - Dishwasher Safe - Travel Mug for Cold Drinks I have waited too long to get one of these. I had a cheap knock off version at one point but it was not as functional or as good quality as the original and best. The size is perfect for a decent drink that will last me all day at work and it stays lovely and cold and never leaks. I simply cannot fault it. Yesterday it was red hot outside, as were having a mini heatwave, so I filled this with gin, tonic, ice and some dehydrated orange and my god, what a game changer. All afternoon I had no need to keep making drinks or adding ice to keep it cool. It stayed perfectly cold despite intense sunshine. I have now ordered a second for days when im drinking G&T and will keep this one for my usual chilled vim, that I consume in large quantities. Although I do think they are expensive for what they are, I got mine on a prime day sale so it wasn't too painful and it is definitely worth the money for such a sturdy quality item. Easy to use and clean and you can buy accessories for them. Suddenly, I see what the fuss is about.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EXPERIENCED IN 30 YEARS
I bought this for a Christmas present for a child. The lid became stuck and would not open - I mean it will absolutely not open, not even with the strongest person. We've tried everything. Daughter is also grossed out now that water was left stagnant at the bottom. I've contacted Stanley so many times now that it has become a joke. Here is a communication log in TRYING to process the claim with no resolution months later. December – Customer purchased a Stanley cup as a Santa present (invoice attached). February – Lid became stuck firmly (cannot open). 2 May – Customer raised problem via email (Ref #: 2681356). 5 May – Stanley responded: suggested running under hot water, using rubber gloves; included promotional content. 6 May – Stanley requested videos, images, proof of purchase. 7 May – Stanley sent satisfaction survey. 6 July – Customer followed up: sent video and invoice again; requested credit note/refund (new Ref #: 3008682). 13 July – Stanley requested photos and proof of purchase again. 14 July – Customer re-sent proof of purchase and requested refund or replacement. 14 July – Stanley replied: “Processing the warranty claim” (plus marketing). 15 July – Customer requested replacement: Ice Flow Rose Quartz. 21 Aug – Customer sent escalation email. 22 Aug – Stanley apologised; asked customer to follow link to online form. 24 Aug – Customer completed Stanley’s online form. 25 Aug – Stanley requested customer’s name, address, phone number, photographs, videos, invoice. 25 Aug – Customer re-sent all requested details and documents. 28 Aug – Customer sent follow-up email (no response). 2 Sept – Customer sent another follow-up email (no resolution). 4 Sept – Customer sent another strongly worded escalation email. 15 Sept – Stanley apologised; confirmed receipt of all documents/images/invoice; asked for further information about how the lid is stuck. 15 Sept – Customer explained the fault in detail and offered to bring the cup to a store. 15 Sept – Stanley responded: “Thank you — please send address so we can ship.” 15 Sept – Customer provided shipping address. 1 Oct – Customer followed up: replacement still not received. 1 Oct – Stanley (Octavia) replied stating she was still waiting on a video. 1 Oct – Customer replied with multiple emails noting the video had been sent five times already and re-attached it again. 2 Oct – Stanley (Octavia) replied that she could not proceed without the video. 2 Oct – Customer replied asking if she had access to the email threads which clearly showed all attachments; customer then re-sent the video for the 5th time.
