I have dodgy knees - no cartilage left on inner (medial) compartment of both knees. These provided a good level of support balanced with the flexibility required. They don't bunch up or move around. I followed the sizing advice and got a medium which has proven to be correct for me. I use them for going to the gym for the knee exercises I am required to do to maintain my knees and also for playing cricket in when fielding where, as a bonus, they cushion any fall onto my knees. They have worked for me and have proven to be a worthwhile purchase.

I have another type that kept slipping down and were not comfortable but since I've had these I have had no problems with slippage or sore knees. They are great for all my Crossfit activities

Expensive given you only get one but it really helped manage the knee pain during rehab after a broken leg

Offers better knee support when doing squats. Highly recommended

They are good, but I’m not sure if I picked the wrong size as they slip down a little. Also, if you want extra bounce when squatting you should probably get a 7mm pair. These 5mm doesn’t give me as much when coming out of the pocket.

Great knee sleeve. Quality product. No where does this mention that this is a SINGLE PURCHASE ONLY! that makes it £47 a pair.

Not a great fit even though I went exactly as the site advised, wore it 7 times and the stitching came away on one of the sleeves, would not recommend

Bought for my daughter. The cartilage has been eaten by arthritis and she is in line for surgery possibly in April. In the meantime, the parts of her knee slip around, pinching various ligaments and muscles. This sleeve fits wonderfully, aligning all parts and keeping her mobile.

I’ve tried both 7mm and 3mm knee sleeves from various companies. When I found out 5mm was a main go to for a lot of people at my gym, I gave these a try. They are seriously awesome, I reflect compression, does NOT cut off circulation (not too tight). I could seriously wear these all day; My new daily CrossFit knee-sleeve for sure.

I measured for this brace. Chart showed I needed a small. Way to small. Returned it and ordered a medium. Also to small.
