I’m extremely pleased with this rod. It is very well made with great components. It’s a pleasure to fish with and has the right amount of feel to improve your fishing.

Paired the rod with a Lew's KVD reel. Well balanced, light, and casts well. I've yet to hook a fish but the rod is very responsive to hooking up grass and weeds when setting. Overall is enjoyable to fish with.

The place you finger holds onto that peice snapped off and is sharp and cuts your hand/finger but the rest of the pole I love it looks good and feels good

I got this rod as a promo for signing up for a monthly tackle subscription. I fished it a handful of times over the last year but nothing major. Finally hooked into a good bass last week and the top eyelet broke off on the hook set. Continued on and tried to keep tension and shortly there after the next 2 eyelets broke off. At this point fish threw the hook and lost it. Seems to be very poor quality and or quality control. Do not recommend.Update: 2024From 1 star to 5 star because customer service. I never registered the rod for warranty and it had been more than a year yet customer service still replaced it for me. New rod works as it should it’s definitely not a $200 rod but still a great one. Super happy with the the customer service and the help they provided.
