Great value, great functionality
So far so good, bought it around Christmas time to play some retro games on steam that I was really missing. It’s cool looking, compact and quiet. I have next to my console and can scratch the PC game itch now! I have run anything needed crazy specs but for what I’m using it for it’s been great.

Well worth the money easy to set up and performance is on point. It’s compact and my son hasn’t complained about it being slow so I’m happy.

Not for gaming
Does not actually work for gaming, despite the name. Not nearly enough capacity or speed or whatever. Repurposed it for office work with less load and it's still just okay.

WORTH EVERY PENNY!
I don’t usually land reviews but this company has EXCELLENT customer service/tech support!! They deserve a good review :)The 1st pc that arrived was constantly restarting itself in the middle of tasks and projects for no apparent reason. I reached out to tech support and did a couple of the walk-thrus they sent to me, but at one point I simply told them that I am done doing troubleshooting and just need a working computer for my business. They didn’t hesitate to arrange the return of the pc and sent me a new one. There are ZERO issues with the 2nd one they sent!! It’s a great computer! I can game in high definition without any issues, and more! I appreciate this company and all the help, kindness and patience they had with me when I was frustrated. Highly recommend them. :)

Stops working completely after 3 days (DO NOT BUY!!)
I thought this mini pc would be a good starter pc but boy was i wrong! The pc would not connect to my monitor (yes i checked if it was compatible and it was) and it finally connected after 4 hours of attempting, the seemingly simple setup was actually pretty hard because the most important part is that you have to connect to the monitor and this product didn’t connect easily…I probably should’ve just returned it at the start but after i finally got the stupid thing to connect to the monitor i just wanted to play my steam games…then my next problem arose, the nivida control panel was missing the display settings!! and i tried all of the trouble shooting tips but nothing worked!….at this point i’m pissed off with the dang thing but this thing decided to just stop booting up completely for no reason!?! and don’t even bother with the tech support team because all they will do is continue to ask you questions about what you are experiencing when you have started your first four emails with the exact details of the entire problem and everything i have tried to attempt to troubleshoot the issue and they had the audacity to try and push the blame on my monitor that connected to every other device i own with no issues whatsoever! i would probably have let it go but not since they took a whole week before responding and then they just stopped responding for like two weeks straight!!! i am so pissed off with this product and i will never be recommending this brand ever! not even to my worst enemy

Download speed was slow until......
Good performance but download speeds were slow. I have Spectrum gigabyte service, but this PC would start downloads around 300 Mbps and diminish to half that. I got an Amazon Basics Aluminum USB-C to RJ45 Gigabit Ethernet Adapter, plugged it into the USB C port and now have full download speed. The "gaming lights" come on intermittently after 6 months of use.

Good product, love the size.
The computer is a very well designed product. Received my computer and wanted to add a 2 1/2" SSD and when I opened the side panel I noticed I am missing the ssd cradle as shown in the instruction manual. I contacted Topgro who requested a picture of the missing part. They have currently shipped me one for me to install but it is coming slowly from China. The service was timely, but all the correspondence has been a little difficult, example: I asked where the 4 pin connector was on the motherboard and they seem to not understand. The manual shows it is above the memory chip but I believe they installed a different board and it is located on the upper left hand (no clear labels on the board. Also, the manual is OK but lacks clear detail of the motherboard.Synopsis is it is worth the price but you will notice there may be some effort if you wish to do any upgrades. The web site has not new drivers and no support documents.RETURNED ITEM
