This is a surprisingly nice bike for a 20-inch model. It feels more like a small adult bike than a typical kid’s bike. If you're familiar with things like adjusting disc brakes, you'll find this bike to be a really good value. If not, it’s probably worth having a bike shop set it up for you, just like you would with an adult bike. Our bike arrived with minor shipping damage. Specifically, the front hub flange and a spoke were slightly bent, likely from being dropped during transit. I was able to straighten it out, and it now runs true. To be clear, this wasn’t due to poor packaging; the bike was packed well. The mechanical disc brakes aren’t fancy but are well-designed. They use concave washers, which help keep the calipers aligned with no rubbing when adjusted correctly. The brake setup includes adjustment points at both ends of the cable, just like standard mechanical systems. One minor issue: the inner pad adjustment screw on the calipers doesn’t have clicks or notches to hold its position, and it's not particularly tight, so we’ll see if it stays put over time. That said, I was able to dial in the lever throw to match what I like on my own bikes. The brake pads appear to be organic but sounded metallic during the bedding process. Lever action is smooth and much easier to pull than the stiff rim brakes usually found on 20-inch bikes. This was a big selling point for me as I wanted my kid to actually learn how to use hand brakes rather than rely on coaster brakes or fight with tight, ineffective levers. The rotors are 160mm. The frame is quite nice for this category of bike. There’s a bit of paint drip underneath, but overall, the finish looks good and feels solid. The front shock is mostly aesthetic and the preload and lockout don’t function. But that’s not a major issue since my kid is too light to make much use of front suspension anyway. Still, it’s a fun feature to have. Pedals are serviceable, though they could be nicer. Hopefully, they'll break in over time. The head tube, stem, seatpost, and saddle adjustments are all solid. The axles work smoothly, with nothing too tight or restrictive, which helps make the bike fun and easy to ride. Overall, it’s not too heavy, doesn’t feel clunky, and is definitely a step up from your typical big-box brand like Huffy. Great option for a kid who's ready to step up to a more capable ride.

We had some trouble with the tires at first, great communication got it fixed. This bike is perfect for my 5 year old that no longer needs training wheels. It’s so sturdy and we love the kick stand on it! The seat and handle bars are so easy to adjust to the size she needs them to be! She rides around our neighborhood everyday. Best bike we’ve ever had.

Wonderful Bike for the price. Best quality I have been able to find. Definitely grab one of these over anything you can get at Walmart. Assembly was easy and very straightforward. Note: When we inflated the back tire, the tube developed a hole and popped. We made sure that we stayed within the recommended PSI, but the tube did not hold. We reached out to the company, and they were very quick to offer to cover the repair cost for taking the bike to a local bike shop. EXCELLENT customer service. Will be buying from this company again.

Worth the money! Absolutely fun and easy for my 6 year old to handle/ balance!

We ordered this bike for our almost 8 year old. So he's had before we Walmart huffy bikes which didn't last long. His " baby" arrived today. Simple to assemble and everyone is happy! Great bicycle! Looking for a bigger one for his brother. Update: the kick stand broke off. It was welded on. I tried to repair it but that failed. I ordered another kick stand. The front stationary disc brake rubs against the rotor.

Appears to be a nice bike, bought for my grandson as a Christmas gift. It is missing the seat post, I reached out to the seller with no response.

My son loves this bike! Its so easy to ride and great value for the type of stuff its made out of! This bike will last us a long time! Definitely use this brand again! I also love that there is an adjustment so the bike grows with him. It functions really well better than most other brands!
