Very impressed with this garment steamer! It heats up quickly, produces powerful and consistent steam, and removes wrinkles effortlessly from shirts, dresses, and even woolens. Everything is fine i received a package in good condition, and color is wow. ease to setup and use, the level adjustable features is best. For Some clothes it working like a magic, in milliseconds the wrinkles vanished. And for some its takes times and if this steamer is padded it would be easier and main thing the steamer heat is high contrast so don't burn yourself beware.

This steam iron is absolutely useless. The brush is so hard that it damages the soft clothes like silk and satin. Brush being so hard, I can not iron the clothes with brush close to the clothes . It does not removes the wrinkles at all . It’s totally waste of money.

I wouldn't quite recommend this. Ironing is sub-optimal, to say the least. It takes more time to iron that a normal one. It is less efficient. Takes more space. More hassle to operate. Just get a normal iron instead. Felt like I wasted a lot of money just because it seemed nice in the mall.
