Great for my 5 year old
My 5 year old loves this game. It I'd the perfect size to take anywhere even restaurants to play while waiting for food. He plays at the table at home for fun. It's a good challenge with 40 cards at 4 different difficulty levels.

Fun game!
This is such a fun little game! My five year old loves the easier puzzles, and my husband and I worked together on some of the harder ones. It really makes you think, and I love how nicely it is packaged.

Not too hard for a 5 year old
My 5 year old loves this game. He’s played more than half the deck in one sitting. It is easy in the beginning and gets harder.

Don't be afraid to challenge your child
I actually bought this by mistake. Didnt realise they released a junior version here and bought it due to an oversight. Having said that, we stuck to it anyway and gave it to our 6 yr old. There are 4 levels: easy, medium, hard and super hard. After trying 1 game of easy and medium, she asked to try hard and since stuck to working on those and super hard. This junior version is meant for kids aged 5+ and older while the standard version us targeted at 8+ and older though the.grid size is the same. I believe the standard version utilizes more and most if not all of the pieces in each puzzle (been a while since I last played it). We stuck to this one because it still took the easy games for our daughter to understand how to play this though it really didn't take long. The ice cream truck being the key piece also made it relatable for her. Also we didn't want her to be frustrated too early with itif she struggles with the standard version. I know there are some reviewers who said this was easy enough for their 3yr olds . Hey, every child is different. My 3yr old tries to fit them all in the grid despite what we tell him but thats how he is dealing with shapes and puzzles. And he actually plays with foam magnets that u form into animal shapes... There are many ways to using 1 item or so we tell ourselves.I liked that it came with the bag which makes it easy for travel. We expect to transition to the standard version once the older child is ready and the younger one will start on this proper. This way, we also end up with fewer fights. :p

Great concept. I wish I learned about this sooner.
I purchased this for my 5yr old after stumbling across a parenting article, of all things. He breezed through the easy cards, the medium ones slowed, but didn't stop him.I had to read the solution to the 1st easy card, because I never played. I showed him how to play and he hasn't realized this is a learning game yet. One month into COVID he was trying to refuse my Amazon packages because he knew there was something educational being delivered. But he is really happy & excited to free this icecream truck; you'd think I was rewarding him with real ice cream. Right now I have to double check that he's setting the pieces up right & not moving the cars sideways. And I'm wondering if I'm just creating a backseat driver. However, I'm really glad I purchased the version with the cars; it definitely piqued his interest. My only issue is that the cars too easily move around the "tracks." When he gets excited & overly animated the pieces fall off the board or land in new spaces. Although it did give me an idea to make up puzzles once he's mastered the super hard.I lied, I have a 2nd issue: as the medium cards stump him, its no longer a single player game & is now a 2 person game. I must admit this is much more likely due to his age/maturity than the actual game. But perhaps the fact that he hasn't given up & still tries is a testament to the entertainment value & engaging aspects of this game. I do look forward to the day I can hand him a non-electronic toy & actually get alone time. Until then, its mildly entertaining to watch him free the icecream truck and the look on his face is more satisfying than eating actual ice cream.

No travel bag included
Bought this as a gift for a friends daughter who will be traveling soon. My son has one and we absolutely love it for on the go. I originally purchased because ours came with a mesh Togo bag to easily bring around with you. Unfortunately this “New Packaging” one does not come with a travel bag ☹️ it’s upsetting because as a parent those little things make a huge difference. The packaging is nice.

supper
This is a super game for a? person to be able to play by himself. Young kids could really enjoy it. Older teenagers could enjoy it. This is super, super, super for a single person to keep them busy.

So much fun!
The media could not be loaded. My three-year-old and five-year-old loved this set. They have so much fun playing this game. We take it with us when we go places and it keeps them entertained. It was too easy for my seven-year-old. We had to get the harder set for him. The quality is really great and this is definitely something I would gift at a kids birthday party. The colors are very vibrant and fun, which I think the kids like
