SANWA JLF-TP-8YT Original Joystick Red - for Arcade Jamma Game 4 & 8 Way Adjustable, Compatible with Catz Mad SF4 Tournament Joystick (Red Ball Top) S@NWA

I bought x2 of these Sanwa JLF joysticks for my Arcade 1up Street Fighter 2 Yoga Flame arcade cabinet. Once i removed the rubbish chinese ones, i filled the screw holes with filler, centre aligned both of the Sanwa sticks and drilled new holes and screwed them down. I took the restrictor gate off and turned the mount so the 5 pin connector was facing upwards and replaced the gate. I then cut the old wires off of the old stick and made a wiring harness with the wires that came with the new stick. (Soldering required) i installed extension bars to the sticks and put ball grips on. The joystick is really light and responsive, i would recommend them. I upgraded the buttons to, too bad there is a slight delay on the pcb board, when playing street fighter but nothing will fix that, but definitely more responsive.

read reviews and sanwa are meant to be top quality. i have a tabletop arcade machine and the player 1 joystick wasnt always reacting the way it should. A bit nervous about taking game apart to get to the faulty joystick. no worries as it was a case of removing 2 pozzie screws and pull out electrical connectors ( like a car ) new joystic fitted perfectly and now i can get back to playing defender , galaxian , phoenix , gorf , moon cresta , astro blaster and more . This new joystick feels more sturdy and clicky than the original

Great replacement for my Madcatz PS4/PS5 TE, which had developed an issue with dropped inputs. It's literally the same part the stick ships with and is a like-for-like swap.

I’ve been using this product for about 4 months now. I used it in my Hori RAP 4 which I use to play on PC and PS4.The product was packaged very well and included all of the things I needed. It arrived quickly and I installed it with ease, the process was surprisingly simple. This stick is stiffer and clickier than my old one (I had the Hori Hyabusa that came with the RAP 4) so I feel like my inputs are cleaner but that could just be my imagination. That said, I definitely prefer this stick to my old one.It’s easy to customise too. I swapped out the balltop with a Violet one and also changed the shaft cover. Again, it’s super easy to do, but you can find tons of material and guides online to help if you get stuck or are unsure.Since I’ve used this stick, I’ve ranked up to Super Saiyan God in Dragon Ball FighterZ and I’ve reached Silver in SFV.I’d highly recommend this product to anyone who wants to upgrade their arcade stick.

I upgraded my bartop from the standard default stick to this and there is a huge difference in terms of quality. The responsiveness is brilliant. I didn't think the difference would be this muchI was initially concerned of fakes as this was so cheap at £16 but the genuine markings are there to be seen and this is clearly the genuine item.Great value and I am looking forward to upgrading to sanwa buttons now too.

Great joystick, it makes a huge difference.I installed this into an 8Bitdo Arcade Stick, but there were no markings on the wires to indicate which wires go to which solder pad.With a bit of trial and error it’s wired as shown in the photo.Black - GroundYellow - LeftBlue - RightRed - DownOrange - UpHope this helps if anybody else is looking to do the same.

Well they wasn't genuine sanwa joysticks like described. Payed to have them fitted and was told there just clones. And feel exactly the same as the crap I took off. Bit sneaky calling yourself wish technology, should of realised it was to do with wish itself. Should of realised from the plain boxes that didn't say sanwa. Don't buy

Not has responsive has i was led to believe by reviews . No improvement over the arcade 1 joystick in fact . Microswitches click but don’t actual make the response on the machine . Bit disappointed

Works perfectly fine no issue at all! Had to replace my old Sanwa stick due to some drift. This work well and feels like the OEM one

Bastante bueno, calidad en los materiales, el restrictivo dice sanwa, aunque la caja solo vino de color blanco sin imágenes, se siente bastante bien al momento de jugar, aunque para mi gusto algo suave, así que le cambie el resorte a uno de 4 libras y para mi, mucho mejor, ahora si que depende de cada quien, igual el destructor, a mi se me hace más cómodo circular, y ese le puse
