A quick spray is all you needs

Kind of hard to get exactly where you want it. Didn't really look quite the way I expected it to either. Honestly still cute and novel, but I don't think I would get it again.

This would get 5 stars if I was only talking about how beautiful the shimmer on the cupcakes looked but my god, there was glitter everywhere. EVERYWHERE. There is no way to contain the shimmer, more than half of each pump of shimmer is airborne and the slightest air movement spreads it. I put the cupcakes in a box to try and contain the shimmer but it just floated out with the cupcake. I tried to take it outside but there was too much air movement and I got a face full of shimmer. If you can apply this in a vacuum, go for it. My kitchen is still very shiny.

Beautiful color and glitter

The product itself works well. It’s just that, i wish i had not used it, on the cake i tried it on. I made a mirror glaze cake (pictured) which had a high gloss finish, until i liberally sprayed it with this glitter dust, which actually ruined my shiny finish, without imparting too much in the way of glitter - as I think of it. It’s more of an ultra fine dust, and it comes out of the sprayer as a very fine cloud of dust. Ultimately, it just dulled the shine of my mirror glaze, but without adding any sparkle whatsoever.Glitter it is not - Luster Dust is what this is, and it did not work for my purpose. I wanted noticeable sparkles, and i did not have those. It maybe does work well in other colours, when used against a contrasting colour, but mine just soaked in, and became unnoticeable.I won’t be using it again on a mirror glazed cake, so valuable lesson learned for me.
