I liked the taste - mixed up with a glass of San Pellegrino it tastes like Celsius (less sweet version of it). Didn't get any digestive issues so far even though I am using loading scheme. Now what I didn't like: 1. The scoop is not present despite clearly mentioned in the description pictures. Removed star for that. 2. Using sucralose as a sweetener. It seems ON is using it in most of its products despite clinical research showing the negative impacts of sucralose. I've already switched to different protein products using stevia instead. It's most certain that I will look for a different creatine product in future. Just started taking it. Will have a chance to confirm whether it's effective for me.

Been through a few creatines and I keep coming back to this one. It actually dissolves instead of leaving that chalky sludge at the bottom of the glass, and there's no flavor to fight with, so it disappears into my morning water. Scoop sits on top instead of buried at the bottom, which sounds small until you've dug for one. The tub lasts me a couple months.

Great products, have used ON for many years. Get the unflavored version, the flavor of this is just off.

I really like this product but I have a hard time drinking it in water. It tastes SO bad with water I just do not enjoy it. However, I did start drinking it with milk and it tastes like strawberry milk haha! I know that sounds weird but I even had a friend try a sip and she agreed. It does clump at the bottom a little and it is irritating. It also sticks to the cup so easily and I mix it over and over so I can drink it in enough time before it settles again. For the cost I’d say it is somewhat worth it, I’m sure if you added this into a shake of some sort or whatever it would be tasty. I definitely saw a difference when taking this but I just don’t drink enough water to even take creatine which is something I should’ve known so that’s my fault. If you aren’t drinking enough water but still take creatine it will make you dehydrated FAST. It also makes you bloat if you aren’t drinking enough water but the bloat is not unbearable…everyone acts like it’s HORRIBLE but it’s not too bad. It is definitely bearable. It also doesn’t come with a scoop which made me kinda sad. All in all the product is okayish but I’d definitely consider an unflavored one next time I buy. But for the price I’d say it gets the job done.
