Quality is Wonderful
This is SOME WONDERFUL pan. It's nice and large and food just slides off. Quality is top notch, to bad its so expensive!!

Bring up the heat gradually and no metal tools
I love this frying pan, it is real quality! It has a nice heft to it and is still light enough for my wife to use. Most of all, I like that you use low temperatures when cooking. I have been trying to teach my wife that for years and, because she likes this pan, she is willing to take care of it. It has improved her cooking skills and made her careful to preserve her tools. I have to say that I ordered the bronze and received the silver but, I later ordered the other two sizes in bronze and got them. I also bought the silicon protectors. I am very happy, my wife is happy. A true win-win!

Ceramic coating chips
Lovely and work very well. I will not purchase the ceramic coated again as the first one came with a few chips in the finish. I returned it and was sent a replacement which was perfect. I have used it four times for eggs and now more little chips have appeared in the coating. I am a home chef and separate my pans with a terry towel after use and while storing. Hand washing and drying only and no scrubbing or metal utensils used. The chips both times are on the upper edge inside the curve.

Do Not Recommend - Updated to Customer for Life
After 3 uses no longer non-stick. No metal utensils used, no high heat, no abrasive cleaners. Everything is sticking now. Unfortunately I have had it for 45 days and can no longer return. Very disappointed. Update: what an amazing customer service experience. Made In immediately reached out to us and resolved the issue quicker and better than we could have imagined. Definitely made a fan for life. For the record, our Wok also made by Made In has been amazing for the past few years. We will be buying Made In when the need arises again for quality cookware.
