Lose from waist around 3inch. There is no elastic.

Great fit and comfortable fabric. Flare and design are simple but beautiful and price is decent. Main plus is the drawstring for best fit and different colours for mix and match outfits.

Cloth is silky and has cotton lining. Worth the money.I had ordered it for sangeet party and paired with velvet black blouse .
