Q: Can I use it instead of moisturiser in the morning?

Yes! I use best skin ever in the morning every morning as a moisturizer after cleansing with the vanilla best skin ever (my personal fav). I have used this for the past 5 years as an all-in-one face wash, body wash, after shower moisturizer, hair mask, too soothe my scalp from being in the sun too much, damaged hair ends. I even use it for cuts. The ingredients are extremely healing for the skin! That's what makes this so good!

Q: Is this sunscreen oily, can you apply makeup afterwards?

It does contain several oils that are part of what makes it a sunscreen, and I find that my skin absorbs them soon after I apply it, so I would think that you could easily apply makeup afterwards. I have not done that so I don't have experience doing it but I don't see why you wouldn't be able to.
