Been taking these vitamins for almost 2 months and let me tell you they work! My period was all over the place prior to starting these. I started my period on with mild PMS symptoms. I have struggled with hormonal acne for years! Nothing has helped me. I take medication from my dermatologist for hormonal acne and I still break out terribly before my period. I tried these and my skin has not looked this good in years! Very limited hormal acne now. I have not noticed weight loss, or gut health.

It’s good, unfortunately did not work for as it contains something similar to synthetic hormones that make me bleed for many days. On the other hand they keep me from not getting bloated and in a very good mood.
