Good so far
Impossible to determine quality until several years pass, but went on smooth and covered well. Don't skip the prep with this product, it's thin.

Good product.
I would say it met all my expectations and worked as advertised. This product worked exceptionally well for me.

Not the quality of a flex seal but also not the price.
I purchased this to seal the roof of an old metal shed. I’m pretty sure it’s just a thick latex paint. It went on pretty evenly and so far looks ok. I’ll come back in a few weeks to let you know how well it seals and protects.

Best roof coating I have ever used!
I have used this product a few times. I used it on the roof of my fifth wheel camper and it has lasted for several years and still looks great. Just coated my small camper roof and I'm very happy with the results. I also bought green to seal the edge of my house roof as it has a metal roof and the trim on the from edge was leaking but the liquid rubber sealed it and matched almost exactly. This is pretty expensive but have used other products and they pealed and come off after a few months. This is supposed to last 20+ years. I having had it on anything that long but I have had it on an RV for several years and it is still looks great and no leaks!

So Far, So Good!
I used this on my metal roof garage, which had very old corrugated metal panels. This rubberized sealant is like an extremely thick paint. I don’t know why people think it is thin because it’s quite thick and covers well. I did the primer and three coats in opposite directions with the last coat going in the direction of water flow like the directions say. I used a brush for the primer and first coat and then a roller with a thick nap to do coats two and three. Prepping was essential and I made sure to scrub the roof. I used Krud Kutter as it cleaned and etched it with one product. Three things I need to comment on: 1) The medium gray is not as dark as it appears in the pictures. So if you want a darker gray go with the dark gray, I went with medium and it looks almost silver on my roof. 2) This is not the manufacturer’s fault but Amazon‘s shipping department sent a 5 gallon pail in a very flimsy Amazon box delivered by the Postal Service. My mail carrier was not happy. 3) I ordered way too much product based on what the manufacturer recommended. I only needed one 5 gallon pail so the other one is going back. I only hope FedEx will take it back in the flimsy Amazon box it came in! Will update this review in a year after a Wisconsin winter.

Not Recommended
This product was said to be comparable to Flex Seal. That statement is wrong. This product is much thinner. It required 2 coats, whereas Flex Seal would have done the job in one coat.

Great product!
Just finished my second coat the other day and was waiting for my first rain...:just check inside my shed after our first rainstorm after painting all my steel roof seams and screw holes....and DRY!!!! My shed space is FINALLY dry! So easy....so efficient....and I didn’t bother Cleaning up. I used an old tray, roller and brush and just discarded after the second coat! I bought the 5 gallon pail, light gray. When over the existing Olaf deteriorated tar that was remaining. First coat went good and I think it would have been fine with one but I had a ton leftover so the second coat I gave an extra think coating for peace of mind. Would highly recommend! I’m sure you could make it the workable area look nice using this material but because it was a back shed roof I just slathered it on. The colour is great too as the metal is a light grey so it’s not as noticeable from my Raised deck On my property which is just an added bonus. Over all I would highly recommend this product for giving a roof a new life especially for the price! Great value! I still have a 1/4 of the bucket left for future projects or touch ups!

Easy to apply and ecological
Cover in 3 layers roof (5x3m) product is fine however i found that if you stand on too long with rubber soles this material sticks on and might rip. I had done some fixing in my ripped toe safety shoes and rubber stick to it and rip so had to cover this later. So leave some for later. Easy to apply no smell, used with fibre cloth to fill seams. So far seems ok.
