I started a 6 day a week workout and needed these little packets to help replenish my electrolytes. I loved the flavor, and it was exactly what I had expected. There is a hint of watermelon and mint and that salty taste as well. I have used rehydration and electrolyte replacements before, and they all have a salty taste! I only used one packet a day and felt that was plenty.

Yes, this product is salty. It's supposed to be. That's the nature of an electrolyte powder, it's going to add salt to replenish the electrolytes you may be missing or losing through activity. I very much appreciate that this powder actually uses sugar, and not Stevia, or any of the artificial sweeteners that I cannot stand in most of the other electrolyte products. The watermelon flavor is fruity, although I do tend to add a squeeze of lemon to kinda help balance it out and it gives it almost a watermelon Margarita feel to it in my opinion, which makes it even more palatable.

Because of the electrolytes, this was like a cross between a mojito and a salt-rimmed margarita. Either way, with iced water, it was quite refreshing. This flavor profile isn’t very common, so that’s part of the reason I acquired it anyways. If the value is there, it’s actually a great option.

This drink mix wasn't too bad, but I was able to taste the salt. However, it wasn't so overpowering that it wasn't un-drinkable.

I don't like the flavor of this RAW Replenish product. It tastes saltier than other electrolyte drinks I've tried. It also does not mix as well as other electrolyte drink powders I've tried. I find I get powder residue left at the bottom of my cup. If I drink with a straw, sometimes I suck up solid bits of unmixed powder which isn't pleasant.

I've tried a lot of electrolyte powders, so I'm surprised when people don't like that they're "salty." That's the whole point of them! I actually really like the watermelon flavor of this one. Watermelon and salt are known to be a great combination and that's definitely proven here.I like that it has real sugar in it (though only 5 grams) as I much prefer a little bit of real sugar to artificial sugar.I've been mixing a packet of this with water after I run (generally 5K runs) and do think it's helping me a lot, especially when I've been sweating a lot.I'd definitely try this brand again!

I found the salt flavoring in this to be overwhelming when drinking this with a 12-16oz serving of water, such that I could not taste the watermelon, mint or sweet flavoring hardly at all. I tried this a second time with a partial 1/3 serving of the packet and still felt the salt was a bit overwhelming. There are warnings on the box about checking with your doctor before consuming this supplement, so it is worth checking if high levels of sodium are a health concern before taking this full supplement.I think the dose of salt MAY be fine for replenishing electrolytes in some healthy extreme exercisers but drinking the supplement could be difficult for some people like me given the high salt flavor profile.

This is a very good electrolyte powder. It's not often that I find a powder that tastes better than average, but this powder definitely does. Because these are individually wrapped, it's extremely portable. I just throw it in my gym bag and go. There's no need to pre make it, unless you want to do that. It mixes really well too, no clumping or any other issues.Overall, this is a really good electrolyte powder. It's got a great taste and just plain works!
