These are amazing shakes!! They have caffeine and taste great a lot of protein shakes I steer clear of because of the taste but these do not have that thick gritty taste they are absolutely amazing. They are blended well and can’t beat the flavor!!

This is sooooo clutch if you are a coffee drinker or not. But wanna get protein in it has 1 cup of caffeine per bottle. Great for energy but helps get you to your protein goals and is only 130 calories at 30g of protein. I pour it over ice and chug. It’s smooth and delicious. No chalky filmy texture at all which I hate from other expensive brands. Not gone say no names lol

Tastes Wonderful! If you’re bad about getting enough Protein in your diet this is the perfect solution and the Cafe Latte is equivalent to a cup of coffee too. Great way to start a Morning.😃 I recommend Premier. Taste, Nutrition and a bonus Coffee flavor. The Vanilla is wonderful too. I haven’t tried Strawberry 🍓but, my Son says it’s good too.

I really was surprised that the taste was so good on these. High protein is what I needed since I started a GLP and low calorie along with low sugar. The only negative is the aftertaste but that is not a huge deal to me. The high protein is most important so I think these are worth it for the health part of it.

Probably one the best flavors they make, I only wish they made a version with no caffeine :) I used these on a legit diet and they worked very well and this brand was recommend by two doctors I see, they really can be a meal replacement.
